I ended up spending a good 45-50 minutes just browsing, and you could easily spend even longer. I actually walked out with a few things, including the most beautiful opal ring that I'm absolutely obsessed with, and a cute little plant with a vase. The layout of the store was a bit weird, small, and cramped. I felt like I was neck and neck with other customers and the aisles are super small. They also have some weird divider in the middle of the store which makes it a little awkward, as if two small stores got combined at one point. I also love their little customer service area where if you have questions about books, recommendations, or where books are located - you can go and ask and the staff will happily check on the computer and tell you where specific books are located. They have quite a variety of books, they even have a game section, music section, and a Starbucks inside. It's quite a peaceful place to be. Staff are always helpful and everything is well maintained and organized. I love that their staff also recommends their book pick of the month observing from what genre of books you've bought and recommends stuff. I love that they do that because I am open to reading other interesting stories I haven't heard of yet. Their monthly book picks are also incredible!

Keep in mind that this adds up quickly! At any rate, the reason I gave this location 1 s tar is because I sense, to say the least, too much dishonesty in terms of bags. Every time I go here, they always say they are out of bags. Tonight, I purchased a STACK of books and had to manage carrying them out without dropping them all over the place. As usual, I asked for a bag, and even though my bill tonight was $155.81, I STILL got the deceitful obligatory "We ran out of bags" again. They say this ALL the time! How ironic that I get the SAME response every time. I wonder when management will just stop telling staff to lie to customoers and just tell the truth. If you no longer furnish bags, then say it, but please STOP lying to me! You NEVER have bags, regardless of what time of day I buy books there. I think that's very deceitful, and you might remember that I, as do others, have CHOICES where we spend our money. #RefuseToBeDupedAgain
