Not living in the Valencia area I needed flowers and an arrangement sent relatively quickly on behalf of someone I support. I was able to after 9 PM. Have a text conversation, show the photograph of what I wanted and it sent to the recipient and delivered before the afternoon next day. as you can see from the photographs, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and well worth the value of what I paid including the delivery charges. I would highly recommend utilizing this service. I communicated my concern for the small unimpressive flowers provided for $105 and I was told it was my fault I couldn't afford to purchase a nicer arrangement. Because of the excellent reviews I ordered a $100 arrangement trusting it would be a nice bouquet. Wasn't expecting grandiose but certainly not the sad arrangement that showed up or the insulting and mean spirited tone of the difficult to understand woman that assisted me. OK, I've only used this place once. But isn't that the best part about Yelp? They have 189 (OK, now 190) reviews that average 5 stars (4.8)... I was pretty confident that they were reliable. I called them 15 minutes before closing last night and spoke with Alex who seemed eager to help, not in a hurry... we discussed the options that could be delivered the following day and my budget. I said that I could go as high as $175 plus delivery. Is that a good deal? I don't know and I don't care (much)... the arrangement looks great (see pic), they were all over the communications, they transposed (or may maybe just copy-and-pasted?) a lengthy poem that I wrote and it was super easy. (And, actually, I'm totally happy with the price... flowers are expensive these days and good customer service is greatly appreciated.) Short story... and by that I mean long story: Someone just attempted to send me flowers two weeks ago because I just had a surgery. Or maybe it was because my sister passed away. I'll never know why because the flowers never got to me. The florist that was used screwed something up and I got at least FIVE phone calls from this florist asking if I'm SURE the flowers didn't get delivered. So they managed to F&$#up the surprise and the delivery and just about every aspect of customer service. Well, they never got delivered to me. This kind of business is as much a customer service business as it is a flower business and I (they)(Flowers & More) had one chance to get it right and they did.... My review is for the customer service and overall experience. I went in last minute to splurge on a bouquet for a loved one. The bouquet itself was amazing $150 for 2 dozen roses. A little steep pricing but it was expected The recipiente was in awe and amazed at how beautiful the bouquet was. However, If I could I would give zero stars. I walked in asking about bouquets ready for purchase and was vaguely waved to a walk in fridge. I asked about prices and the response was "varies." Zero interest in us being there or any actual help. What kept me there was my kid who was already pointing at ones he wanted to gift. After choosing roses, I asked if we retrieved them ourselves & employee nodded. She saw my child struggle to get into walk in fridge and again, offered zero help. It was as if we were inconveniencing her. She had no problem charging my card, and off we went without a smile or acknowledgement. Take your money and support another business. read more

I was very disappointed in the arrangement I was provided. I purchased a dozen roses and they looked lifeless upon leaving the store. They looked as if they had been left in a hot car.
