Then all the coronavirus stuff happened so I couldn't go because the state closed massage parlors. Anyways, Groupon extended the expiration date on the massage till 2021. So, I rebooked my massage today and show up. The massage therapist looks at my Groupon and says it's expired. Then she got upset because I told her Groupon extended all the expiration dates. She asked why it took me so long to use it and I explained that I had an appointment but she cancelled and I couldn't reschedule till now cause of the virus. She then tells me she only took a week off to go out of town but she's been working other than that. I said, well massages were illegal so that's why I hadn't tried to rebook until now. Anyway, she's got a rude tone - not what I was expecting to get when I was getting a massage to try to RELAX lol. She types in the Groupon voucher but didn't complete all the fields and shows me on the screen that it cannot process (bc she didn't fill in everything...) But, at this point I'm getting irritated and she's irritated and I don't really want to get massaged by her and she clearly doesn't want to massage me if I'm using a groupon lol. She tells me call Groupon and reschedule after you talk to them. (I feel like if she wanted it to work then she would have called Groupon while in was there to settle it or taken my voucher number and called Groupon afterwards.) Of course, I am sure we were both on the same page that I would not be rescheduling.. I understand she's irritated with Groupon but that wasn't my fault. Anyway, Groupon took less than 5 minutes to give me Groupon bucks and to cancel that groupon. I couldn't get a full refund because I had opened the voucher at the massage place so I was only eligible for credit - which is fine. Anyways... Super disappointed that there was no relaxing massage for me today.

She said ok, you pay after massage. So after massage the masseuse follows me to counter. The informs me they will be charging me an extra $3 for using my cc. I said ok. I usually give. 20% tip , which is $18 for $90 massage. So the massage really wasn't the greatest and offended by counter lady behavior. So I gave 15.00 tip in response lady says that people here give $20.. ??? In response I said no . The ladies are conversing in Chinese. The lady says to me . Do you work? I replied no. After thought ask to see cc ticket. She had total as 108.00 and left tip section blank. Hmmm I take it out a zero in tip section and brought total down. And it required a signature, which I obliged.
