Ben was Amazing! He assembled my 2 night stands that had a zillion pieces to them in about an hour. I asked him to mount my TV , and although it was not scheduled, he assisted with this as well. It came out beautifully. I especially liked that he gave me 2-3 ways he could mount. I chose to hide the cord in the wall. Ben did an exceptional job in about 30 minutes. I was so impressed! I reached out to In Home Installation Services to inquire about installing a ~30 pound mirror to the wall of an old 1920s house w/ lathe and plaster walls. The company was extremely easily to coordinate and work with. Many of the details were communicated via text (at my preference due to a busy work schedule) and they were able to come within a day of my initial call. The mirror set up is fantastic - this company does great work! I had Heidi and Ben (the manager) complete the installation. What sets In Home Installation apart from other companies I've used is the friendliness, customer service, and professionalism of the staff. They took their time to ensure everything was perfect and I never felt that they were rushing to finish & get to the next job. I also had a random, smaller shelf that I had been planning to hang, which they took care of free of charge and made clear that no additional payment was expected to handle the additional shelf. What awesome customer service! More importantly, due to the age of my house (built in the 1920s) w/ difficult walls for mounting art, Heidi & Ben went out of his and her way to educate me on the best method to hang art/etc. on my walls in the future, what types of nails / tools work best to ensure security, and other general advice so that I can now complete smaller projects myself! They even left me a box of nails that work best with the walls in my house at no cost just so I had them available for future mini-projects I may have in mind. This is phenomenal customer service that is legitimately hard to find. It would have been easy for them to not share this information (as many companies do to keep you reliant on its' service) or rush through the job as quickly as possible without offering all of the free advice and information that In Home was more than happy to provide and walk me through step-by-step.
