The day of the appointment I called and left a message about an hour before our window to verify I had the time right. Our window came and went and two more phone calls went unanswered. I finally got a call back about three hour after our latest appointment time and the owner didn't even remember talking to me. He was polite enough however questioned if I had the right number for the company I booked; he later found my appointment in his book. We just went and bought a new refrigerator.

LG contacted this company in February to cover a warranty repair. After the technician came out…read moretwice, they determined the fault and ordered a replacement part. It is now October and the refrigerator is still not fixed. I completely understand that supply lines are totally screwed up now and that in fact, the part they need may not even exist...that's not the reason for my review. What does bother me about them is that every time I've called for an update (around every three months or so,) the receptionist immediately begins loudly and repeatedly sighing as if I'm inconveniencing her: I can almost feel her rolling her eyes through the phone. I understand that this must be hard to deal with, but there's no excuse for a lack of professionalism that makes me feel like I've done something wrong by simply asking for an update on my repair. I've asked LG to have another business cover the repair, and won't be contacting them for any future work. I'm sure Karen will breathe a sigh of relief after reading that. Update as of November: I had another company come out for a repair estimate and they had the part that EW Russell supposedly couldn't get for almost a year, shipped to my house in 4 days.

Had a problem with one of our major appliances and started first with a call to the manufacturer…read morewho provided us with two of the local "approved" providers. Thought a $100 just to come out to " diagnose" the issue was a bit much, but ya do what ya gotta. Tech was here less than 15 minutes and during that time called the manufacturer for help - immediately determined it was definitely part X and he's have to call me back with an estimate. When the estimate for the part et al plus the visit was about half of what we paid the appliance we decided to just replace it. However we did call the manufacturer and were told that the part was under warranty and they'd send it to their approved appliance repair provider. It went downhill from there - several more visits and more parts and still no fix - ended up calling another company. They were able to identify the problem - minor glitch with a small part(less than $10) and the install. Imagine the time BCS Inc. could've saved if they'd just started with the basics rather than jumping the gun to new Part A, B, C...tech was very nice, but clearly didn't know what he was doing.
