Ten days after the dishwasher was connected, it started showing an error message, and trying to get a technician out here to fix this brand new appliance has been a nightmare. Feiden doesn't seem to care that so many of its appliance are defective--everyone I've spoken to has shrugged their shoulders, as though this is all totally normal. I would avoid them at all costs.

Frank found that power was still running to the appliances. He discovered that the junction box which was located on the wall in back of the dishwasher was shorted and a fire hazard. He installed our new dishwasher and installed a new junction box and relocated the junction box to a new location under our cabinet so that we would not have to pull out our dishwasher to get to the junction box in the future. He was fast, precise and knew what the problem was immediately. Very smart and professional.

He was prompt and professional. He needed to come back the next day to replace a part that was missing, and he gave us tips on how to keep the problem from happening again as well as to make the machine perform even better.
