Tried chiropractic to realign my hips... did not help... tried massages at other places... they helped - but still had the tightness and pain. Sherrie worked on my hips and quads, and FIXED the issue. I go back every couple of weeks now, just out of pure enjoyment. When I did my physical therapy section at ATI in Elgin, I was informed that I had to pay 5 UDS for each session, and the remaining balance will be paid by my health plan. Then few weeks later when all physical therapy section was already done, I got a more than 2000USD bill. I did many complains, but seems nobody at ATI is taking care of this.. Drive by looked ok on the outside but upon arrival with my stepdad it smelled of urine and seemed like a step back in professional rehabilitation services. Greeting area was disorganized. Several elderly patients sitting in their wheelchairs right at the front entrance. One kept knocking on the door. The nurse would pull her back and she would come back like she was trying to get out. Went back to business office papers were everywhere files stacked up. Patients hollering. furnishings were old and beat up. I'm sorry but I just couldn't have left him there, we left. The staff seemed nice and I'm sure their professional but first impressions are important and Alpha did not provide a good one for me.
