I went through the drive thru and it really wasn't bad at all. The line looked long at first, but it moved pretty quickly. My order came out fresh and everything was made correctly. The burger was hot, the fries were fresh, and the food was just as good as always. I got a puppy paddy for my buddy to enjoy.

This location is at The District which is a busy area. It's in a plaza with Chick-fil-a, The Halal Guys, and many other food options but still has long lines. Other than that it's pretty much like every other location you've seen with the palm trees and the red and white interior. My go-to order has been a double double animal style ($6.35) with french fries ($2.40) for a long time. If I'm feeling extra hungry I'll order another patty and slice of cheese for a triple triple. The burger is delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. The fries are soft and more limp but if you want you can ask for medium well or even well done for a crispier product. Asking for spread is a must and I dip my fries into it. It's best eaten fresh right when it's ready but it is so good all the time.

Does this place really even need a review? I feel rhetorical even typing this because this is just the best. It doesn't get better than in-n-out. I will say, while they all operate the same. The one on park Ave at the district is the best one in Irvine/Tustin area. If you prefer fries crispy or softer, just say that when ordering and they'll help you order them to your liking

Consistent with the quality of their food, the only drawback is that the drive through is always soooo long. Not the fault of in n out, they're just always slammed at this location (I mean... I guess you could say most all their locations) The service is quick with their drive through team that takes your order with their tablet. Always friendly, and I've never had an incorrect order!

A good spot for burgers that's consistent with the rest of the chain. This location is in the corner of the district closest to the Jamboree/Barranca intersection. There's a decent amount of parking, but you just have to be careful because some of the spaces may get blocked by the drive thru lines for this restaurant and Chick-fil-A. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. However, the few times that I've opted to dine outside, there was a very strong mulch smell from the plants. The service is normal, nothing outstanding and very standard with the rest of the chain. The food comes out as quickly as they can make it. They try to keep the location as clean as they can. The food is very consistent with every other location that I've been to. There are a few occasions where I've received burgers and the buns were very cold. Other than that, everything matches up to what you would expect from the chain.

In N Out at The District delivers exactly what you expect from the brand and continues to show why their customer service and organization have been dialed in for decades. This location is no exception. The interior is consistently clean, from the dining floor to the bathrooms. Employees are always wiping down tables, sweeping and even grabbing people's trash which keeps the place looking fresh no matter how busy it gets. The burgers come out fast and they handle customizations flawlessly. I usually get a 4x4 ( meat x cheese) with grilled onions and chopped chillies along with fries cooked light well for that crispier, firmer texture. They get it right every time. Parking is also convenient. Since this In N Out sits in the corner of a large plaza, you can always find parking if you are willing to walk just a few extra steps. Overall, this location is reliable, well run and consistently delivers a great meal. I recommend it.

Anytime I'm in the west coast, I always have to stop by here and get animal style for both the burger and the fries. Staff is always friendly and the place is always packed. Friendly service.

I stopped by In-N-Out recently and had a solid experience overall. The place was packed, as always. Despite , the staff kept things moving at an impressive pace, so the wait didn't feel nearly as long as I expected. My order was fresh, hot, and made just the way I like it, which is pretty much what I've come to expect here. The dining area was clean considering how busy it was, and employees were friendly and efficient. It's not exactly a quick in-and-out stop during peak hours, but the quality and consistency make it worth it.

First Time at In-N-Out: The Hype is Real! I finally checked this off the bucket list at an Orange County location, and honestly, it lived up to the California legend. The Vibe & Service Insanely Busy: I went during peak hours on a Wednesday night and the place was packed. Fast AF: Even with the crowds, the customer service was top-tier. They move people through the line so quickly, it's honestly a science. The Energy: It's definitely crowded, but the vibe is fun and the establishment is kept very clean. The Main Event The Secret Hookup: I went for the Animal Style burger (it's on the "secret menu"--ask for it!). It was easily a 10/10 burger. Milkshake Win: I grabbed a strawberry milkshake and was happy to find it's actually "sippable" through a straw--not one of those you have to eat with a spoon. Good to Know No Outdoor Seating: This specific spot didn't have any tables outside, so be prepared to squeeze in or eat in your car. Location: It's tucked into a shopping center parking lot, so navigating the traffic can be a little tricky when it's busy. The Verdict For a first-timer, this was a total win. If you're in OC, you have to stop by, just be prepared for a crowd!

Forever busy because it's so delicious!!

Geographically, this location has an excellent path for the drive thru lane which accommodates the long line (that moves quickly!). The inside is spotless with plenty of crew to serve the constant crowds. The burgers, fries and milkshakes are a treasure because they are so delicious. Allyson was a Rockstar efficiently handling my need for multiple gift cards in different denominations and gift receipts. Of course had to leave with a double double!

It's been a few years since I've been to this location but I've always had a great experience! Of course lines are long, it's in-n-out, but they move fast here. Recently stopped by late on a Saturday night and enjoyed a grilled cheese meal with my sister. Tables were clean, service was great, and the vibes were vibin'.

It popped up on my delivery app one random day for lunch and I simply couldn't resist. I ordered a bucket of their mixed fried chicken (spicy and original respectively) And Their famous spaghetti and hot dogs with gravy on the side. The spicy level was just right and added a pleasant kick to the chicken. It was hot and juicy, just perfection in every way I dipped the chicken pieces in the rich gravy and it made my meal taste like thanksgiving. A Nostalgic and new experience at the same time. I twirled some of the spaghetti hotdog onto my fork and each strand was coursing with sauce and cheese bits. It was the sweetest spaghetti I've ever had and but im not complaining at all! I was wondering why they called it a slider rather than a sandwich and I think I understood when I got the order. The tender, on the other hand, was much bigger than I expected. The chicken on the slider and the tender was cooked really well. It's made to order, so when you pick it up, it's piping hot. The crust is very crispy and the meat very tender and juicy. I ordered them as medium spicy and it was just right for me. Not very spicy at all, but you can definitely taste a little bit.
