this is probably one of the worst experiences of my life so I have hair done to my butt and I asked for 2 inches off THATS IT!!! and I paid for a hour visit and specifically requested and wet cut didn't get it!! I asked for a trim!! I got a cut up to my shoulders I would never recommend this place to anybody I'm back at the l would never ever come back here! I also paid 50 dollars prices aren't that's friendly for Barbra to mess up my hair I went in today at 2:50 for a 3 o'clock appointment and left at 3:10 and I didn't have a opt for a no tip instead I had to give 18% which was 9 dollars the vibe is nice and clean but this much for a hair cut when I said trim is outrageous and will be coming back for my money because this is a huge mess up and uncalled for!!!!! and for you people to say you have licenses to do this is insane its a shame people don't have loyal hairstylists!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! read more

I love this salon! Barbara Madison has been my hair stylist since I was a little girl! She does the most amazing job everytime! She now cuts my husband's hair and our three children's hair! She is truly fantastic at cutting and styling our hair! She knows exactly what we want each and every time! She is kind and very caring! I would not want anyone else to be my families hair stylist! Got my mom a certificate for her birthday for microblading it didn't take well and the lady told her sometimes it doesn't take and give it a few months and if she still feels it didn't take well she will take care of her and provide another service well it still didn't take well and my mother has tried to text the lady's cell and call the business phone no one will get back with her I paid alot of money for my mother to have this done if they continue to ignore her and not make this right we will no longer use there services read more

I've been here once and let me tell you I would 100% go again, though staff does persuade some people into buying more then what originally planned that's a part of business and maybe you didn't know something about yourself that they just want to help with. I got a haircut and my aunt goes frequently to get her hair dyed. We would never go anywhere else. Not pricey or irritating like most salons I've been to in the past. The stylists are very very friendly and always looking for a good conversation. If you're more on the non talkative side maybe let them know so they can make you feel as comfortable as possible. I was in here for about an hour and some and never once felt judged or uncomfortable which is unusual for a introvert with social anxiety like me. I live in Ohio, and my regular stylist is in Chicago. Sometimes, I just don't have the time to travel two states and four hours for a cut. Kelly at In-Style conveniently fit me in and gave me a sharp cut for a great price. I'm accustomed to paying $35. If I remember correctly, Kelly charges around half that. She's excellent with men's and women's hair and has plenty of ideas if you just want a complete change. read more

I went to in style and got a wash and haircut. They got me in promptly. Everyone was very friendly. The environment was warm and vibrant. The stylist I got was Christa. I told the young woman the style I wanted. And she went to work. It was perfect. I will be returning. This place is amazing! read more

I've left two messages to reschedule mom for a trim and have gotten zero response from Kelly. I have decided on that note to go elsewhere.
