Also, my initial appointment was scheduled for 3pm and they changed it to 2:45 pm without even giving a courtesy call to confirm the new time was ok. They just sent an automated text with the new appointment time. I left work early and had a bit of a drive to go there. The girl on the phone also had an attitude. I'm sure the services they provide are probably great but this whole experience totally turned me off from being a client there. They need to treat their customers better.
