Then a young woman came and said "Please, don't spray the products". We opened the products to smell, NOT spray. I would not recommend this beauty supply store to anyone. Absolutely rude and they definitely racially profile those of color, while in a predominantly black town at that.

The owners are always courteous and knowledgeable. The store is located in the Grand Marketplace in Willingboro, and I'm never really out that way so when I go I have to make a special trip. The two of the last three times I've had to go they've had a sign up saying that they'd stepped out, but would return in 15 minutes. The first time I waited for a while, but ended up leaving. The last time I waited, and the owner returned within about 15 min. I definitely recommend it!

They are notorious for following you around the store like you are a criminal…read more Aside from this, my latest experience there (today) I had my 4 year old son with me and as I was in line to check out he began crossing his legs dancing stating he had to use the potty really bad. I asked the lady behind the cash register if he could use their bathroom and she proceeded to say no the bathroom is not for the public. I said but he is dancing and is about to pee on himself would you rather him pee on your floor than in your bathroom!? The man who works there (assuming her son) proceeds to say no they cannot let him use the bathroom because it's in the stock room. Instead of offering to escort us to the bathroom and waiting there to ensure the security he was worried about they preferred to deny my son the human right and decency to use their bathroom. They turned my 4 year old son away because they decided to set up shop in a predominantly black town where they do not trust their main customers who puts food on THEIR table!!!!!! I gave them back the products I was buying and left! As we were leaving my son asks "Mommy why were those people mean to us? Why didn't they let me use their potty?" The store owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of products, and after seeing the dryness of my bleach blonde natural hair, she steered me toward affordable nourishing treatments and wig-care products instead of trying to sell me some expensive stuff that doesn't work. I'm Caucasian and recently chopped off all my hair after a friend fried my hair with bleach, so the fact that this owner was so helpful really saved my confidence now that my hair is so short.
