Ordered the peony bundle for Mother's Day online. I called as well just to make sure they got it and they were kind on the phone with their confirmation. The flowers are beautiful, perfect in timing--they were just beginning to bloom. It's expensive ($130 without tax) but worth it since they're sort of rare in flower shops (or at least not readily available anywhere) and compared to other places that did have them, French Market is about mid range in terms of price. My mom reallyyyy loved these. I'll be coming back forsure. Parking on the street is available but there's also a 3 hour parking lot right across from it. Because of COVID-19, my wife's in-person bachelorette party was canceled and changed to a virtual party. As part of the virtual party, her bridesmaids and friends sent her a bouquet from French Market Flowers to our home in Atlanta. The flowers are beautiful and totally her jam because they're in-season, local, and sustainable. That's what sets French Market Flowers apart from other florists in town. French Market Flowers is the first I'm aware of that grows their own flowers, locally, so you know they're in season. While there's nothing wrong with it, other flower shops have out-of-season flowers flown in. French Market Flowers' flowers are grown on their farm located roughly an hour south of town. These are truly farm-to-table flowers. They have an extra touch of quality and care to them. My then-fiancee got the Berry Bouquet which comes with coral charm peonies (a specific type of peony, I learned), fringed tulips, and sweet peas. Other flowers included roses, calla lilies, and other flowers that neither of us can identify. Just take a look at my pictures. We looked on the shop's website at https://www.frenchmarketflowers.com/flower-delivery and believe she got the $60 version. There's an $85 version too. They were wrapped "European style." I'm not exactly sure what that means, but the bouquet was wrapped in a lavender-ish cellophane that was tied with a pretty mauve ribbon. The bottom of the stems were wrapped in a wet paper towel enclosed by a clear plastic bag with a rubber band sealing the top. It was a nice attention to detail. Other florists I have experience with have not done this for non-vase flower deliveries. Compared to other arrangements I've ordered, the flowers in this particular arrangement were not very fragrant and some flowers actually gave off a scent that smelled like fish. Not a big deal. My wife still loves them and looks at them everyday. They make her happy. Some extra goodies were included in the package: an oatmeal body bar, body butter (a fancy way of saying lotion; another thing I learned), and bath salts from MoonDance Soaps based in Raleigh, North Carolina. As for delivery, it was five stars. My wife says the delivery guy was cordial and respectful. He wore a mask and offered to do a contactless pickup; whatever she was most comfortable with. Also, she missed his call so he shot her a text and she called him back. If you're in the Atlanta area and looking for flowers that are truly local then you definitely need to check out French Market Flowers. read more

I reached out to this location in order to procure an amazing bouquet for my mother's 75th birthday. Not only did I call the same day, but I also had a huge request... I ordered 75 roses in a designer vase and needed same-day delivery. The team at French market flowers had excellent communication and immediately went to work collaborating with me on the design and other details. They were quick to send photos of the beautiful large blue glass vase and the incredible longstem garden roses (which smelled amazing) that they put together for the grand bouquet. I owe these people a nice review! Because they went above and beyond to correct a miscommunication. They have integrity and heart. In a big way. I ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday and there's a part on the order form where you can make requests. It's a long story but my wife hates the color red so I requested "no reds". Unfortunately, they missed my message and the arrangement included foundation flowers that were.....well....red. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. But I got really upset. It's been a rough year and my wife has gone through a lot lately. So I really needed to surprise her with some pretty flowers. And when I saw how much red was in the arrangement I got really upset. So I wrote them a long email. I put it off for a while but I felt like they needed to know. So at close to midnight on Friday I wrote them a long angry message. Instead of being defensive or not taking responsibility, they wrote me right back and wanted to know how to make it right. It would have been very easy for them to sleep on it and talk to me the next day. Or even to just write me off and ignore it. But they wrote right back - again - at midnight on a Friday night. On Saturday I received a call and email from the person that designed and arranged the flowers. She was amazing and listened and treated me like a friend whom she cared about - not like an annoying customer. And from the email I sent, I could have easily been pegged as simply an annoying customer. Anyhow, she was fantastic (Audra is her name - Cindy was amazing too - she's the one who emailed me back). And when I got home from work on Saturday there was an absolutely stunning arrangement (with no reds anywhere) on our kitchen table. I own a small business too. I care so much about what I do and how customers are treated. It seems like lately it's too easy for retailers or sales people not to take responsibility for matters. It just meant the world to me that when faced with an unhappy customer that they did exactly the right thing. They took the high road and knocked it out of the park. I used French Market Flowers for our wedding after another 5 star experience with them for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. Not only did they not disappoint, I was blown away. The flowers were everything I hoped they would be and more. I met Cindy to talk through what I wanted and for the bouquets and table arrangements, and she listening intently, gathering a good understanding of how we wanted it to come together. She was prompt with her follow-up after our meeting, able to stay within our budget, and also incredibly kind which was important to me when choosing someone to trust that wedding detail to. I shared some pictures of what I was looking for, but didn't specify specific flowers, just that we wanted seasonal flowers in blush, burgundy, white, and green. Cindy absolutely nailed it. The flowers and colors were beautiful. Additionally, we wanted to liven up our early spring weather with garland hanging in the tree where we got married and it added the perfect touch of life and brightness. We then moved that to the head table after the ceremony. Highly recommend this touch! Most of all, I appreciated Cindy's flexibility and willingness to make modifications. We had more guests than expected, which meant more tables, and my initial vision evolved as the wedding date got closer. Cindy was open to my new requests, and delivered on them perfectly. I pressed some of the olive branches and flowers from the wedding and will cherish them for the years to come. I cannot recommend French Market Flowers enough. read more

Not only were my husband and I blown away with the ambience of the reception as well (multi-layers and different height candles amidst draping garlands), but several of our guests specifically commented that they were the most beautiful arrangements they had seen at a wedding! I had a fairly disappointing experience with French Market Flowers recently. I ordered flowers from FMF for my mom on Valentine's Day and they never arrived - I found out that they had forgotten to send them out. It was Valentine's Day - a very busy day I'm sure - so I completely understood the mistake. They apologized, refunded me the price of the flowers, and promised to send a fresh bouquet of flowers out first thing the next morning. My mom received the flowers but told me that it seemed like they had been haphazardly put together and made using their remnant flowers from the day before(not fresh, as promised). She'd received such beautiful flowers from FMF before, so it was a surprise to say the least that they came in this type of shape.
