We paid $500 for the flowers card charged and everything. Never received any flower despite going into the shop myself to pick them up. To begin, I had called another florist and they were impatient, rude and basically told me they didn't deliver downtown to apartment buildings, yet their floral shop is located in downtown. I didnt give up and looked at some other reviews and chose Flower Paradise. I called and Mindy the florist aswered the phone. I shared that I was calling from Seattle and that I was looking to have a bouquet delivered to my Sister the same day. Mindy shared that her delivery driver was already gone, but she could make me the arrangement and she'd deliver it herself. Mindy shared with me what flowers she had available and of course I wanted to work with her and we decided together what would look best. She was so helpful and patient and helping me decide on the arrangement. I appreciated her confidence in her product; her expertise. I even asked Mindy if I could pay her through Paypal, Mindy sent me her info. via text on my cell and I got the payment right over to her so that she could start making the arrangement. Mindy shared she'd deliver the arragnement around 4:30PM and texted me to let me when she was on her way out for delivery. I shared with Mindy that I wasn't able to get in contact with my sister and she may not be home. With that, Mindy took the initiative and left the floral arangment with the leasing office; then sent me a pic of the arrangement as well. I told Mindy that it was ok to leave the floweres there; I'd be ok with my sister getting them the next day. Then I find out the Apartment Leasing Office notified my sister that she had a package delivered. My sister picked it up when she returned home after a full day spa treatment and she was able to recieve the flowers on her Birthday! I was so happy about that! Mindy made everything work; and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her kindness; willingness and effort to getting my sister her flowers despite it being rush hour traffic and downtown Atlanta. My sister was so excited and just thought the flowers were beautiful. My sister was so pleased she will use Flower Paradise going forward and so will I.
