They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes. Mr. Kenny also took the time to point out other issues that needed attention -- things I would have never known about -- and gave me great pricing on those as well. On the hottest day of the year the Air Conditioning quit . It was coming up to a holiday weekend and I was desperate for service . I called several companies but only Josh from Fleur de Lis could come out the next day . He was knowledgeable and empathetic and delivered the bad news that my HVAC was on its last legs .
