He lied to them about coming to my house, he never even tested the oven to see or replicate the initial issue, he ordered parts without testing the oven, he NEVER showed up on time, constantly delayed and rescheduled his appointments, and was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. The only recourse i know of is to warn others about him so they don't have to experience what we did. What a shame that companies like this exist and treat people this way. We tried multiple times to get him to even just reimburse us for the parts we need to fix HIS mistake and all he did was deny deny deny when we have photos to prove the damages he caused.
