They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes. Mr. Kenny also took the time to point out other issues that needed attention -- things I would have never known about -- and gave me great pricing on those as well. It's rare to find a company that is both knowledgeable and genuinely looking out for the customer's best interest. I was told the job would be 4 weeks. It ended up being 8weeks to complete. The two some times three people would work for 2 hours a day. The entire plumbing pipes underground was replaced. There was a HUGE mess left behind and I had to pay another contractor to come in and fix it. I asked if the pipes could be less revealing but was told it would cost more money and they would have to dig up the lawn again to place a box around it. I don't know if other companies would have done this shabby work but I am not happy about that. I cannot recommend this company for any big plumbing jobs.

Because it was so hot, he brought a temporary window unit to use until the parts came in to fix my AC. I could not have survived without that window unit to say the least. When the parts arrived, he fixed my AC and didn't even charge me for the temporary use of his window unit. For that I will always be grateful! Other AC professionals gave me quotes, but their prices were more than I can afford. He managed it fix my AC and it has worked great ever since. The workers Shaun and Noah were very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They installed my new AC in two days. It was 95 degrees outside so you can imagine how hot the attic was. We upgraded our unit and got a top of the line Trane. When we got back home it was already cool and everything was cleaned up.
