Was on the table for less then 5mins for a Brazilian!! It was very clear she was only there for a qucik chance to make money. No real greeting just told me to head into the room and kinda pointed. Once in the room I had no idea what to do as I am used to some sort of begining consultations. There was no spot for my cloths, no chiar, or table put my puse. So I was just standing there feeling awkward waiting for her to come in. When she did came into the room she looked at me and then the bed as said " aren't you here for a brazlilian" I said yes and she then told me to take my pants off and walked out. When she came back she quicked waxed me and by quicked I mean maybe 5 very large strips with a soft wax. When she was done she left a couple napkins on my kitty and said "these are for any spots that are stickey" and said I would have stubble because I had short hair. I did not have stubble I had hair where she simply did not wax. I had once before gone in for a wax and the lady was kinda enough to inform me as soon as she saw the lenghth of my hair that she could wax me if that was what I wanted but adviced me to come back in a week when my hair was longer to ensure better results. That was professional and curdiouse and I returned to her multiple times because of her kindness and honesty. This is why I know the lenght was not the problem. However if it was she should have said somthing before waxing. There was no twizing after and no after care just a small amount of oil. This was the worst brazlilian I have ever had. I will never come back and I would never suggest this place to anyone else. I paid and was booked for a full hr and although I have never had a brazilian last a full hour I am used to the full session taking about 45 mins. I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins and that includes waiting in the sitting area for her to be ready for my session.

She said she could do it at 5:30 pm to which I said that would be too late....then she said she could do it at 12:00 pm but it would be tight....I booked the 12:00 pm about 2 hrs later I get a message my appointment has been canceled. The hot stone portion of the pedicure was also disappointing. The stones were barely warm, and the towels used during the service appeared dingy and worn rather than fresh and clean. What truly horrified me, however, was the lack of sanitation practices I witnessed. While cleaning my toes, the technician rinsed the tools in the dirty pedicure water that my feet had been soaking in and then returned those same tools to his clean workstation. Seeing instruments cleaned in used pedicure water and placed back with supposedly sanitized tools was extremely concerning and raised serious questions about hygiene and infection control. A pedicure should be a relaxing, clean, and safe experience. Unfortunately, this experience was none of those things. Due to the technician's behavior, the poor quality of the service, and the serious sanitation concerns, I will not be returning.

I'm very sensitive to scents and Aveda salons can sometimes be a little overpowering for me. I don't have that issue here. Amy does my hair. I came to her with fried, damaged, over processed blonde and pretty bad roots. I wanted to stop coloring my hair to just go back to my natural color. She managed to get my color to where I wanted it, and put a really good transition between my roots and the parts of my hair that had previously been processed. Since then, we've done a couple of style changes (cut off layers for a blunt cut, then later added blunt bangs). Each time I visit Amy, my hair looks better and better. I can't recommend her or the salon highly enough.
