Never posted a bad review before! I was very disappointed. Very unprofessional, no consultation, never even asked if I have ever had a Brazilian in the past (Ive had several). Was on the table for less then 5mins for a Brazilian!! It was very clear she was only there for a qucik chance to make money. No real greeting just told me to head into the room and kinda pointed. Once in the room I had no idea what to do as I am used to some sort of begining consultations. There was no spot for my cloths, no chiar, or table put my puse. So I was just standing there feeling awkward waiting for her to come in. When she did came into the room she looked at me and then the bed as said " aren't you here for a brazlilian" I said yes and she then told me to take my pants off and walked out. When she came back she quicked waxed me and by quicked I mean maybe 5 very large strips with a soft wax. When she was done she left a couple napkins on my kitty and said "these are for any spots that are stickey" and said I would have stubble because I had short hair. I did not have stubble I had hair where she simply did not wax. I had once before gone in for a wax and the lady was kinda enough to inform me as soon as she saw the lenghth of my hair that she could wax me if that was what I wanted but adviced me to come back in a week when my hair was longer to ensure better results. That was professional and curdiouse and I returned to her multiple times because of her kindness and honesty. This is why I know the lenght was not the problem. However if it was she should have said somthing before waxing. There was no twizing after and no after care just a small amount of oil. This was the worst brazlilian I have ever had. I will never come back and I would never suggest this place to anyone else. I paid and was booked for a full hr and although I have never had a brazilian last a full hour I am used to the full session taking about 45 mins. I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins and that includes waiting in the sitting area for her to be ready for my session. read more

Don't confuse kitty kat body waxing with the old pretty kitty location. They are two different businesses. I think pretty kitty went out of business. There is a different business in their old location. Kitty Kat is clean and in a nicer building. read more

Uses soft wax for brazilians, ouch. They wax hair off in huge strips to provide a faster service at the expense of the client. There's no tweezing afterwards. Once got bad post wax bruising. Staff is very nice however the studio could be cleaner, waxing beds are a bit sticky from past cutomers and the rooms lack privacy - just curtains in between you and whoever is waiting to go next. No background music makes it awkward. Would only go if I was in a serious pinch . read more

I do not know what these reviews are talking about. My experience here was not good at all. The place was SO dirty. The floor, the equipment, the towels, the tables. Literally everything was dusty and dirty, and had bits of wax from other people left on it. My wax specialist took the towel from the girl she just waxed and used it for me. Also, I had been getting Brazilians regularly for months at that point, and i know they usually take about a month to grow back. My hair grew back only a few days after my Brazilian here AND I was super itchy and inflamed after, and somehow got a yeast infection. I DO NOT recommend this place if cleanliness is a priority to you. Please stay away!! I went for an arm wax and got my skin peeled off and blood clots all over my arm. The lady saw she was peeling and played it off by saying my skin was being exfoliated. Making an appointment was fast and easy but with reason bc no one should want to go here. read more

I am so glad I came in for a wax! I was looking for a place locally that was reasonable for a Brazilian, and this was the spot! One of my besties had suggested I look into it, and I'm so glad I did! I checked out their website and sent them a message for an appointment. Satira got back to me so quickly, and I was amazed because it was kind of late and right after the holiday. I got to my appointment just a whisker early, and she already had the first room ready for me when I got there! This was only my second time getting a Brazilian. The first time, was about 6 weeks ago and the place I went to in the city also used strip wax so it wasn't a huge difference. Satira was really awesome, she was so fast and efficient! She talked through the whole wax, so it wasn't awkies and was super friendly yet professional. I was really pleased! The whole experience from start (walking through the door) to finish (paying and leaving) was about 20 minutes. No joke! And she was extremely thorough! She went back to make sure she got everything, touched up areas and also tweezed a bit, which let me tell you was nicer than the first place I went to that THREADED ME down there after She gave me tips for skincare and exfoliating, and I also picked up some of her sugar scrub she made! During the appointment she told me how I could make my own, but let's face it. I'm lazy and suck at Pinterest life hacks lol! My overall experience was lovely. It is small, but extremely clean in there! The atmosphere is nice, very cute and friendly. I hope that my review encourages you to be brave and just do the damn thing--the Brazilian wax I mean! Been coming here now for a few months for my Brazilian wax and for being a Brazilian wax the experience is great and really not as awkward as I thought it would be. The owner is so nice and friendly really takes your mind off of what's going on. The pain the first time hurt but was bareable and each time seems like the pain is less and less.
