I came in for a simple natural nail service and left really disappointed. The nail tech (who I believe was the owner) over-filed the sides of multiple nails and my cuticles, leaving them sore and sensitive afterward. I also asked for a square shape, and several nails ended up rounded instead. When I brought this up, instead of fixing it, I was met with a dismissive and defensive attitude. The communication felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wasn't asking for anything extreme--just for my natural nails to be shaped cleanly and look nice, especially since I'm preparing for a trip. Unfortunately, the experience and the result didn't reflect that. For reference, the first picture is how my nails were previously done, and the second is what I received at this appointment. The difference is very noticeable. I addressed the issue respectfully, but the nail tech became hostile, walked off while I was showing her the reference, and then returned pointing at one finger as an example of the correct shape, while the rest of the nails were clearly not shaped the same. I had a pretty important photoshoot...Set an appointment over the phone with Anica and got there and they tried to set me up with a gentleman. I ended up only getting a pedicure with clear polish and buying press on nails. I didn't appreciate the ole classic switcharoo and pretending to not understand what was going on because what was convenient was just to have me come in and set me with whoever. I really wanted designs and all by Anica so it was overall disappointing. Plus, Anica literally came over to tell me she was too busy but was around? Moral of the story, if I set an appointment with Anica...don't set me up with whoever and play dumb. read more

It's dangerous not to listen to your clients. These are my nails after 5 days.... I originally came in with strong nails. I went back to see if they'd fix it and was met with pure irritation. The woman would not listen to anything I said regarding my own nails. The manager said something completely different and told her to put the tip on the nails that chipped but she refused once she started fixing them. I was beginning to think I had found a good place in Georgia to do my nails.instead they ruined my nails and now it's painful. I chose to leave because I will not argue over my own nails. So, I found this place by mistake. I was looking for somewhere to quickly get my nails and feet done before my best friends dinner party. So glad I stumbled in here. The service I chose was a combo mani/pedi. The experience was luxe. It was quiet and clean. Very chic vibes. I loved how my nails/toes looked after! I've since gone back quite a few times. They even threw in cuticle oil for free a couple times. Not sure if they were calling me crusty or not (I kid), but it was nice nonetheless. read more

O recently visited iNails for the first time upon a recommendation from a family member. I was offered a beverage while I waited for my appointment which was nice! Jeff did my Gel X set and he tends to precision! Wow! My nails are all the same length and look perfect honestly. I also love that the salon is classy, organized, and pristine! So I've had 3 visits with inails in the past week went for a full set and Daisy did a great job on my nails she was even able to replicate a pic I brought in perfectly, while i was there I scheduled a lash appointment for the following day with Lucy. Lucy did such an awful job that I called to complain in return they asked that I come in to have my lashes fixed which at first I declined then realizing just how bad they were and how much I spent I decided to go back and let them try. Today I returned and Daisy was the one who fixed my lashes but they were so botched that she had to remove the first set completely before she had room to work with them. Still I'm not satisfied with my lashes they were over priced to start with! two sets, two stylist, and almost 5 hours of work on just the lashes alone and I just wish I scheduled with my lash tech in McDonough. read more

When getting my acrylics done the person working on it was having their phone out while working on my nails. Then the design was my problem the heart came out horrible then they look see through which I dislike. Kept coughing and not covering their mouth was also a problem. I don't normally write reviews but they did soooo good!! We were there for wedding nails and were offered beverages and were very attended to. It was my first time getting gelx and love them! We had an appointment and did not have to wait at all (we came in at 5 on a tuesday and they weren't very busy anyways). All 3 of us got a pedicure + full sets and were out before 7pm. We all had different people for our pedicures and nails (6 people rotated in total) and they all did amazing. I cannot recommend enough! read more

I thought this would be a good idea to get my nails done to treat myself but unfortunately it wasn't not only did I wait an hour to even get my nails even started on when there was a bunch of workers there not assisting anybody not only that the customer service was awful wasn't good at all. They were rushing me to pick a color, I asked some help to find a coral color. They gave me a straight up orange color so I scratch that and got pink. That's whatever I don't mind but I asked him to do them kind of almond squared he gave me a coffin not only that the next day my toenails were completely chipped off, my nails had peeled off remind you they are SNS. That day my nail came off I went up there and I had to wait for about 1 hour just to get my toes repainted and they weren't even but a few toes they had to repaint then the guy told me in a rude way. Are your nails messed up to do we need to fix those too then they just called me telling me that I didn't even get SNS at all this experience that I had was awful I do not recommend this place to nobody waste of money absolutely awful! Hope everyone can choose a better nail salon than this. Definitely look at reviews before going. I will never be going back there again worse experience at a nail salon ! Not only that the customer service there is so crappy Nobody asked if I needed help. No one asked about anything except to try to get me out of there and hurry up and rush to get everyone out of there when they didn't close for another five hours.! I went today to get a pedicure and the lady who did my feet cut too much of my cuticle and got a big chunk of my skin on both feet. They're always so friendly and welcoming but they need more experience and they need to take their time. Now I'm stuck waiting for my toe skin to grow back. read more

Thoroughly disappointed with my first experience here. Went in, on a Sunday, with my daughter for a full set and pedicures. I knew from the beginning things weren't going well as the powder application was that of a rookie, messy and uneven. There were areas on my nail that had little to no coverage and others where it was heavy so my nails were on a SLOPE! My daughter's nails were ridiculously wide, polish everywhere and also uneven. I gave them a chance, paid my $100 and went to 368 Nails where they did a phenomenal job. I came to this place and was the only one waiting. I waited almost half an hour and the second person that came in was seen before me. She clearly mentioned about making an appointment next time. I asked the owner of the salon and said I was going to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes, because the other person "made an appointment". This women did not have the decency to tell me I was going to be waiting an hour before being seen. In my thoughts they attended the customer after me because they knew her and is an old customer. Very beautiful establishment very unprofessional nail technicians who attempt to charge ridiculous prices for less than expert professional services! I made the mistake of going here after my long-standing nail technician was out of the country and I sorely regret it! Jenny my technician kept making excuses of why she was hurting me, cutting my nail beds to the point of them bleeding! while my SNS services were uneven bulky and horrible. My nail broke from her being so rough with the nail file and she had the nerve to take that same nail that broke off and try and glue it back to my nail bed!! a dead broken nail! I had to tell her to get a tip and then she was going to charge me extra for it when I told her no she was not and she is the one that broke my nail initially with her use of harsh filing! Well for a brand new nail salon very close to home and open for Mother's Day weekend, I was excited. I was looking forward to new clean atmosphere new processes packed staff special's, ok you get it, I had high expectations. I was completely disappointed at the door, as you walked in, no one greeted, so you sit and wait.Then approached, the wait time is 15mins. While waiting, other people walked in and serviced. When I asked about me (after 30 mins) they said another few minutes. So I politely but reluctantly waited again. Another 30 minutes, goes by and they very friendly pulls other people for serving. I walked out, with them yelling they didn't know I was waiting. No structure, no process, only 6 people working for a very busy location. It seems as if they rushed opening for money with terrible service. I will not be back there on an weekend or evening. So disappointed. read more

This place is brand new and running specials until May so that was tempting enough to make an appointment! I made one for two manicures, two pedicures and said that when we arrived. We were quickly helped and received our pedicures. the place was clean and modern (lots of white and silver) After they finished, my tech said you can go! when i told her we have two manicures as well. she said okay and left to do someone else's pedicure. after about 30 min, the owner came over and asked what else we need - when i told him again we had two manicures as well. he said oh okay and walked off. long story story short, they forgot and mentioned to us a couple times "we should have told them we wanted a manicure AND pedicure" even though i made an appointment for 2 of each and again, mentioned that when i got here and two more times since. my "therapy pedicure" was just a normal pedicure but the tech was SO rough. she forcefully pushed my cuticles back and scrubbed skin off of my feet. she also dropped my sponge on the floor and didn't rinse it before using again..... overall, my toes look good and manicure is average. i'd be tempted to come back and try another tech. my gf had no issues. (next day) my big toe and thumb is chipped and i received gel on both. read more

I witnessed a male employee dig in his nose and did not wash his hands. During that time hoping he would wash his hands before he started on a customer but nope he did not. He started working on her hands like it was sanitary for him do so. This issue needs to be addressed immediately; should be company policy to wash hands! read more

Very nice upscale salon. However, they are very short staffed. Running specials you need to be staffed as that will bring in more customers NOT A GOOD LOOK. I went in and was told 30 minutes for a full set. She said go get food come back. I come back wait another 30-45 no one helps me while others walking in waiting and waiting. I just left, they timing is off and they need more staff. read more
