This is the worst wax by Andreia location I have ever been to. I made a 10:45am appointment. It is currently 11:25 and I have yet to be seen. The girl at the front desk said I was next, yet 3 people have gone ahead of me since then. It's extremely frustrating to have to make an appointment and still wait almost an hour later to be seen. Wow wow wow I loved this service so much. I got a Brazilian wax and it was my first time so they booked me with Zamiyah! She needs a raise because she taught me so much more than my regular waxer. She helped get my ingrown hairs and taught me which brands work best on my sensitive skin. I used to go to European wax center and they suck I have never been this bald and smooth. Every time I come here it's a problem. I've lived in conyers for years and I will NEVER step foot in here again. My first time I was in the lobby waiting for a while and eventually I just got up and walked out. So I tried them again today and the customer service is just terrible. The lady brushed me off saying they weren't taking walk ins when I literally called and asked before i came in and she or another lady said they were. I won't be here again! This review is purely for Brooke - I would have respected her more if she said she just didn't feel comfortable waxing thinner eyebrows. She did absolutely nothing to my eyebrows, literally waxed my skin and then DIDNT CLEAN THE WAX OFF. Horrible service - didn't even tell me her name. I was looking for a Brazilian wax place to try waxing for the first time. I read the reviews and I was skeptical about trying it. Janaye was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of waxing. She didn't mind my questions and made me comfortable about trying something new. She is awesome. I am now a regular who will be going EVERY month. I can't believe I've been shaving for so long. I'm not even going to lie to you all. I walked into this place with slightly high standards due to the reviews on Yelp and walked out slightly disappointed. My friend and I stopped into this place back in October. I thought this place would be convenient (since I lived around the corner at the time) and a great experience (because of the reviews I read) but my experience was just okay, and my friend's experience was even worse. Now before I continue, I'll say that I was not burned by the wax, I wasn't irritated in any way, and it wasn't an absolutely horrible experience. I think the technicians are very skilled at what they do. However... After a terrible eyebrow threading experience that left me with a bald spot in one of my eyebrows, I didn't do my eyebrows for a YEAR in order for them to grow. I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, and I explained that to the lady who did my brows. When I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows were COMPLETELY THINNED OUT. They were the total opposite of what I wanted! The shape was slightly off, but what upset me the most was that the eyebrows that I worked so hard to grow, were almost gone. As for my friend, they did a great job on her eyebrows. However, she just wanted a consultation on some facial hair that she had NEVER waxed prior to that day. She didn't wax it simply because she didn't want the hair to grow back thicker. As soon as she asked the woman who was accommodating her on her advice about it, she went ahead and waxed it anyway. She didn't ask her nor did she listen as to whether or not she wanted it taken off. She cried after the experience because she only wanted a question answered, not for her whole face to be waxed. Overall, this was an okay experience, but I haven't been back since. That was my first and last time going in there, and I haven't gotten my eyebrows done since, AGAIN. read more

Tae had me waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time, so I left. She called 10 minutes later and was not really apologetic, but wanting me to reschedule. So after having your paying client wait 40 minutes, the best she could do was reschedule. Yes they offered for someone else to take me but if you're appointment only and all booked up who would have been available without putting someone else in the same position. Embarrassed to be posting this - hence the anonymous account - but I feel like I need to warn people. This is by far the worst wax I've ever had. It was far more painful than any Brazilian I've ever had, my cereologist was rough and didn't even try to make conversation, and I left bleeding. I came in for a $45 sugaring Brazilian. I was pressured (and honestly shamed) into getting a vagacial even after saying no multiple times and ended up paying $74 when it was all said and done. She was also not careful when applying products, so I'm praying that I don't get a UTI. I was so excited to try this business based on all of the positive reviews, but I will never give this place my money again and I wish I could get a refund. read more

This place is ghetto and disgusting when you walk in the receptionist with bright colored hair rolled her eyes and is acting like she doesn't want to take customers . The rest of the employees are standing in a huddle like this is a lounge on there phones. I requested Nita Patterson because she has great reviews however she doesn't even do the service I requested and should have reached out instead of making me come to the appointment to recommend me to someone else and begging me to stay since I'm already here while I am expressing my concerns . The other girl she recommends brings in someone who's training exposing me without my consent . She was not mannerable either and thought it was funny to laugh when I said I felt uncomfortable about getting a job done when I have sensitive skin & do not want a horrible sugaring wax . I was in love with this company when I had my regular aesthetician Ashleigh (Conyers location). Since she's left I've tried out different people and have not been completely happy. I went to Maria (unhappy the 1st time) and decided to try her out again the second time. After trying her a second time and I was still unhappy. I made my decision.... Find someone else. She does not like to listen. I kept telling her the wax was too warm for me especially in my private area and her only response was everyone says that- it's OK. But everyone is different everyone's. this is the first time I've seen little blood splatter on my skin after a wax.I asked her to wax some of my face and she waxed my sideburns and neck as well when I initially told her not to and I was charged for it and I lovely sideburns smh. However, they spoke about some of Andreia's other locations. Called and scheduled an appt. They take walk-ins also. Belina M. was awesome and super friendly. The young lady at the counter was really nice when I called and friendly in person as well upon my arrival. Today was my first and last time booking my appointment at the Conyers location due to customer service being very important to me. I've been going to Andrea's to be wax for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience until today. My appointment was 4pm and I missed a called from an associate at 3:30. Upon my arrival at 4:10 I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was late and she would not have time to do my full body. Then the esthetician said she could do my Brazilian. I told her I really wanted my legs done and she looked at my legs and said my legs were fine but she may have time to do my Brazilian and legs. She then had me go to her room to look at my Brazilian and said she could do my Brazilian and legs. I had to go back to the front to pay because the receptionist would be gone before I was done. I went to pay and the receptionist went to confirm with the esthetician. Upon her return the receptionist said I would need to reschedule. This back and fourth took an additional 15 minutes and I could til that she was ready to go and didn't want to do it. Normally a full body at my normal location takes me about 30 minutes (never has it exceeded 40 minutes). The back and forth was irritating! This location will not be getting my business at all! By the time I got back in my car and made a few business calls, the esthetician assigned to me had jumped in her car and drove away (4:35pm). Also note the door says they close at 5pm but locked the door at 4:40pm (as four ladies had tried to pull the door to go in). read more
