Johnny's driver arrived at my car in less than 30 minutes. The driver let my dog ride in the cab with us, and after arriving at our destination, was willing to back the tow truck up my driveway to put the vehicle in the garage - no easy feat in the middle of the day, let alone the middle of the night. They charged us for floor coverings to "protect our floor" but didn't cover the carpet landing on our stairs or properly cover the hardwood floors in our kitchen. We've been trying to resolve this issue with them for weeks but no luck. When asked to speak with the owner they say "he's a busy business man, he doesn't have time to call you".
