They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. Price is very based on the type of body part that you were looking to get done. I know the customer service is really good as setting and changing appointments is fairly easy. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. I wasn't going to be interrogated, harassed, or gaslit. I told her that I've been there more than once, & I don't appreciate her calling to argue with me. I told her that I've been there more than once, & left the room at different times & there is nothing to argue about. She has never cared about my feelings & experience there. The Brazilian waxing covers a delicate area, you need to trust the place you go to, and this Manager woman just makes the whole experience so much worse for me. I said no let's do it anyways, and although some hairs were too small to pull, she did a fantastic job taking care of the areas and they were 95% complete pretty much!
