During the free consultation, I was told what to expect as far as the procedure, the price, and the healing process in reference to my skin type (which is oily). The procedure is as if a tattoo and permanent makeup has a baby! Lol! But she does use anesthesia! Her boutique was as glamorous as she is, and easy to find. She communicates thoroughly and measures OFTEN! She ensures that the customer, as well as herself, is happy with what she's "designed" for your brows. She's the only brow expert I have encountered who not only explained to me the anatomy of my natural brows - she made me fall in love with them again. Putting so much care and trust into the process of my brows, made me encouraged to continue my natural brow process rather abrasive skin treatments to provide a "fuller appearance" which I have been countlessly recommended. When she arrived, she didn't have a professional setup at all. no lighting, no chair, no proper kit setup just a makeup bag and a small mirror placed on my friend's dining table. She did mention she had just moved to Florida so maybe that explains why she didn't have a real setup, I'm not sure. I showed her my inspo photos and clearly explained that I wanted a clean girl makeup, very light makeup look with soft pink blush and almost no eyeshadow. She said it was fine, but the makeup she did was completely different. She finished in about 20 to 25 minutes, and she ended up giving me dark eyeshadow even though I specifically said I didn't want that. The foundation made me look orange and wasn't matched to my skin tone. Overall, the makeup looked outdated, almost like a 2016 style, not the fresh and natural look I asked for. I was really disappointed, especially since this was for my friend's wedding. I also want to add that I didn't really speak up because it was my first time getting my makeup done professionally, and I get shy about saying something. I was already nervous and had to rush to a whole wedding right after, so I didn't want her to have to start over or make things awkward. I just left feeling frustrated. I still tipped her because she was very sweet, but the service didn't meet my expectations at all.

They acted very enthusiastic and capable. They said I had strong lashes. They went back and forth with what they would do for me. When I went back the next week, the son, Colton, did my lashes. It did not seem like he was doing the length they had discussed and he said he was using a new process on me. It was as if we had not had a consultation. When he finished, I asked him if they were like we talked about- long and thick enough. He said yes and that was the best he could do with my lashes. When I went to pay, I asked his mom, the owner, if she thought they looked good. She said yes. I asked if she thought they were like what we had talked about. She said yes as she walked off. The original care and enthusiasm was gone. The lashes did not look fabulous at all and they started to fall out only a day or two later on the left eye. I went back today to talk to them. The left eye didn't hold at all and the right eye doesn't look much better. Colton made excuses about he did what my lashes could handle. It cost $240! I asked them to give me a $100 back, but they would not. He said the sign said No Refunds. He said he would do new lashes. Why would I want to lay there for two more hours to be dissatisfied and brushed off? So, I'm posting here. I've never done this before, but I want people to be aware. Go somewhere else.
