I enjoyed the space for Incendiary and like all the outdoor room in the back as well. It works out well being situated right next to the pizza place to enjoy a brew and a slice. I got their Shift IPA, which they tout as their best selection. I enjoyed it very much! The hoppy fragrance, pleasant head, bubbly and just overall nice pour for a cold, refreshing beverage! I didn't interact with the staff much, but they seemed friendly enough as well.

Love Incendiary Brewing!! The selection is fantastic. They now have a full bar license, so you can get Beer, Wine or Spirits. Saturday night is hopping at Bailey Park, but parking is quite a challenge. There are two EV chargers, but they haven't worked in over a year.

I've been to incendiary a few times now. The atmosphere is very relaxed. It is a bit dark inside but that's just a minor complaint. I usually order a flight if there's anything new on the menu that interests me, if not I order the honey blonde. This trip there was a blueberry lemon bar on the menu. I cannot remember if it was a cider or a sour. Either way it was delicious. Service has always been good here. The bartenders greet you quickly and friendly. There is no kitchen here, however there is a pizza place next door that will walk your food to you when it's ready.my only issue is parking can be difficult and it is a little difficult to find. There isn't a very visible sign to define the space in the front of the building only a small one at the rear of the building. I would recommend stopping in for a brew here anytime.

Plenty of inside and outside seating. Live music on this night

"Belly up to the bar" is one of the signs you'll see on the way to order a beer. And it's a sign that you'll feel comfortable in the atmosphere of live music and trivia to go along with the all the good brew on tap. From IPAs, to stouts, to witbier, to sours, to shandy, to wheat beer and more, Incendiary's selection will please most everyone's palates. The bartenders have been pleasant and helpful. Plenty of seating is available, whether inside or outside. What creates the fun here along with the beer is live music, trivia nights, and a welcoming place to gather in the old Bailey Power Plant coal pit area (coal not included). Self-serve water is available and clean restrooms are close-by. Side note: a very good pizza place is located next door and will walk your order to the table you're seated at whether inside the brewery or outside.

My thumb and an Ambivert Brown Ale.

Great neighborhood brewery, beer is good and high quality all around. Service is always prompt and friendly as well. They have a decent number of large TV's around so it's not a bad spot to watch a game. Weekends are a little more busy and during peak hours it can get a little loud and crowded but most of the time it's very relaxed and laid back. A good place to go if you want take a break or get away from the rowdy bar scene.

Incendiary brewery is located in such a cool place! Their outdoor area is right next to the train tracks. If you're hungry, they are next door to Cugino Forno so you can grab a Neapolitan style pizza. Their beers are delicious and there's something for everyone there including hard seltzers and cocktails.

The setting in Bailey power plant is great, tons of seating and the pizza next door is a nice option. I love how free flowing it is and that I can bring my pizza over. Only draw back is that despite all the seating it can get very crowded on Friday and Saturday nights and I had to wait a while at the bar for service. I'm not a beer drinker so I opted for the blue razz seltzer, a cool color and I enjoyed the flavor. Definitely one of the more unique drinks I have tried and would try again.

Some of the best outdoor seating in WS- even in February!

You've just had a long day at work. You need some time to unwind, and you don't feel like scrounging up a meal at home. The ideal evening would be rallying a few friends, enjoying a brew or two, and having a delicious wood fired pizza preferably outside. If this is a familiar dream, Incendiary is your place. Incendiary is a modern beer garden right in the middle of downtown. When the train goes by it is a crowd pleaser and they always blow their horn! The cozy inside seats about 100 patrons, but the highlight is the much larger outdoor patio. Large picnic tables are spaced out well, providing all diners and drinkers with plenty of room, and the entire space is shadowed in the summer by sun sails. The atmosphere is very laid back, and any of the friendly servers are happy to walk you through the extensive beer menu. You might need a little help - though I found the menu's descriptions of the beers to be quite accurate. Incendiary offers many styles but is renowned for their IPAs (SHIFT series) diesel stouts and Kettle Aged Sours (DTKS series). It also offers wine and some canned seltzers I believe. And talk about location! Right next door is a delicious pizza place and they will deliver right to your table. They also offer salads and desserts. This is one of our all time favorite nice weather hangouts in Winston.

My favorite brewery ever!!! The vibe is inviting. Great for families as well as adults. Great food places around including the pizza place next door (the pizza is delivered to your table at the brewery) But the reason for my love of this place is their beers. Their rotating roster of barrel aged beer is unparalleled in my experience. They are robust, full of flavor and character. They have a great rotation of hazy IPAs as well which is another staple of mine. The bartenders are always helpful with their advice and willingness to give us a sample when we need it. No comparison to it in Winston Salem for a total experience of beer, ambience and availability of nearby food options.

Today we made it to the downtown location and were really impressed. First, the location is awesome, The Bailey Power Plant building with the Coalpit as an entertainment venue is brilliant. They have managed to take an old industrial building and breathe new life into it. The shared outdoor area is very nice and we appreciate the shade offered by the beams and sunshades. We had been next door ordering our food and stepped in to see what beers they had on tap. I chose the Shift Orange IPA and we went back outside to enjoy the cooler July afternoon. The beer was refreshing and hit the spot. We will absolutely be back and think this would also be a great place to bring out of town guests.

Good beer, GREAT location and space. I appreciate the variety of crafted beer they have, especially IPA. Breweries with more than two IPA choices is always a good thing...as it's tough to make a good IPA, and having choices makes it nice to at least have one good one. The common area outside is a large space with plenty of outdoor seating that shares the space with Cugino Forno, great thing to share as you can get a pizza and beer (Incendiary doesn't serve food). Inside, there is fairly good amount of seating as well and TVs to watch games. They hold events there a lot so it's a great place to hang out during the day or nights.

There was a great crowd that night, with people inside, and out enjoying their patio. They seemed to have an open mic night going with a variety of musical styles performing. It was a great crowd, and good energy. The staff were friendly, they offer a great variety of beer styles, something for all beer drinkers. We got a drink enjoyed it outside, while listening to the music. Though we didn't partake, they also had a food truck on site, offering dinner. Overall, a good visit, and good beer!

It was standing room only this evening, and we had to park it near the door near the food truck. Being near the door in February, my daughter was getting cold. A woman came over, propped the door OPEN, and proceeded to video the band from half way out the door. She said something to my daughter about her being cold, which my daughter was honest about, but was ignored as she continued to video. As any father would do, I stepped in and asked to close the door as my family is cold, and went back to where I was standing. She proceeded to get in my face and say, "I'm the OWNER here and I'm getting a video" and went back to what she was doing. No I'm sorry, no recognition of her patron's needs. Just complete dismissal and rudeness. Needless to say, we didn't spend another nickel there, and never will. We left and will never be back as long as someone with that view of their patrons is still in charge. Zero stars for service and ownership regardless of how good their product may be. No thanks, Karen.

However, the beer taste is noticeably off. I'm not sure what's affecting the flavor, but it does make me wonder whether the tap lines are being cleaned as regularly as they should be. We've tried them all, the hoppy IPAs, the lighter styles, some ciders and even the dark porters and the issue seems consistent across the board. Five friends who've joined us on different visits have said the same. At this point, I usually just order a margarita instead. Each beer or cider runs about $7, but the space itself is impressive: a large indoor area with plenty of picnic tables, additional seating outside, a dart wall, cornhole, and another beanbag toss game. Sometimes people will dance to the band but the seating is awkwardly close to wear the bands play. There is a restaurant beside Joymongers that will bring your food order to you, menus are placed at the brewery tables and when the bay doors are open, you can catch a truly beautiful sunset.
