Got right to work after a quick walkthrough, and didn't stop until finished (we still provided some snacks & sodas--it's hard work). Estela responded quickly to texts and gave a firm quote. Her son stopped by to check on everything. I did not know there was an extra charge for the oven as ours was pretty nasty, but because I had mentioned it in my initial request, and she forgot to inform me then, her son was willing to include it anyway--so I thought it a fair compromise to give half the extra charge, and they were cool with it. The cleaning crew did an amazing job with the caked-on soap scum in the shower and another tub, dusted just about everything. Missed just a few minor spots but that was on me because they gave me the chance to walk around and point out anything that was missed. Make sure you tip the ladies if you're satisfied (totally unsolicited; just the way I was raised--treat people the way you want to be treated). Great service and I would recommend them!
