Two weeks ago we got a permanent office in this location. The Regus team here and in other locations has been very helpful to me and my team. Every time we have needed something or asked questions they have been able to provide a solution. I used a Regus location's lounge when traveling in Europe, which worked out great (when i had the business world membership). Our company also has permanent space at a Regus location in Paris. As an added bonus, I have been able to use their WiFi in many locations while traveling. The office in RiverPlace is a class A building with beautiful views of the hill country (especially on one side). There is free coffee and fruit-infused water. There are a couple lunch options nearby including walking-distance. Two of my best friends also have space in this Regus location and they have been using their services for some time. The fees also include use of a gym. I apreciate the covered parking, especially in the summer. Overall, I am a fan, and I can recommend their services to any entrepreneurs or anyone looking for flexible office space.

I looked at every entrance I could. I love small office complexes, because they tend to exude tranquility and serenity, so this plaza gets a few stars for that. Very Disturbing and False narrative from Claudia Geyer. She stated our group had 2 "Infractions"…read more The first infraction was that I parked Diagonally in my Disabled Parking Space. I am fully disabled and I parked one foot over the line and completely straight because the car next to me was not parked correctly. Claudia attributed Actions to our group that were committed by other people. The actual event was that Regus double booked our room. People in the other group came in mid session during our meeting yelling at us. Claudia accused us of doing the yelling. I would think a competent employee would gather her facts especially in a customer service profession. Next she complained about another parking incident. We were informed that one of our Members parked in a restricted area saved for the next door bank. This has never happened again. Next she complained about us pulling on the door one minute early 7:59. (The door opens automatically at 8AM. Yes we tried to get in early as it was 18 degrees outside. (I did not know pulling on a door affected so many people in a negative way)

It's there when you need it but you don't have the unnecessary expense of maintaining an office just for the sake of having one. We generally use the Regus location that is located off of Great Hills Trail in Austin. It's always clean and comfortable. The suite is sized to accommodate based on the event which you can describe when you book it. Michelangelo is the primary person at the front desk. He is very courteous, he is always dressed and groomed to a T...and represents Regus in a very positive light. The office has wireless that you can connect to, along with a common area that contains a kitchen and all the office equipment you might need while you are there as well. Great selections of coffees, teas, and waters. They can be your mail drop and can be utilized for phone service if you so choose. It's a very cool a la carte system. I didn't see a lot of 5-star reviews for this location and wanted to share my experience. Thanks Regus and especially Michelangelo for great care and service!!!
