I am fully disabled and I parked one foot over the line and completely straight because the car next to me was not parked correctly. Claudia attributed Actions to our group that were committed by other people. The actual event was that Regus double booked our room. People in the other group came in mid session during our meeting yelling at us. Claudia accused us of doing the yelling. I would think a competent employee would gather her facts especially in a customer service profession. Next she complained about another parking incident. We were informed that one of our Members parked in a restricted area saved for the next door bank. This has never happened again. Next she complained about us pulling on the door one minute early 7:59. (The door opens automatically at 8AM. Yes we tried to get in early as it was 18 degrees outside. (I did not know pulling on a door affected so many people in a negative way)
