I left work early and called multiple times to confirm the appointment and was told it wasn't happening. Then I was quoted at 326$ and told it'll be happening earlier next morning . They arrived but with the previous quote and when I protested was accused of canceling the day before and was told that quote Ciara gave me was incorrect. I canceled the appointment and decided to go with a competitor. I will advise, please keep track of your quotes and information. Extremely unprofessional and argumentative

Showed up on TIME to replace my windshield, cleaned up afterwards and took the time to explain the warranty. Highly recommend this company. Could not get my money back essentially because I paid out of pocket rather than using insurance. Wrong windshield was brought first day. Then calibration was never possible. Was lied to numerous times and reaching a person via phone is impossible because of their ai system. It's been over a week and I still cannot get ahold of a manager.
