They didn't know me, as I was logging into my account on my phone, the teller was putting in my information and watching me at the same time. First, I had a personal checking account with MY name on it paying MY credit card with the account number ready for them. Their excuse? Well we've had fraud. I said well what would happen if I mailed it? She replied, we would process it. I'm not blaming the teller, she is probably doing as she is asked, but I use to be in banking as well and this is unacceptable.

When you have several accounts and you frequently deposits or withdraws once sometimes twice in a week, you simply cannot BANK with a company that doesn't allow you the documents to bank with. If you have several withdraws, but you're only allowed one slip you just can't do business. I think the most ludicrous part of this is when you see a person inside of your bank a minimum of one to two times a week, it's pretty safe to say they are not there for nefarious activities. She has been put out with them for a couple of years now, but hasn't wanted to switch because of the work involved. I think this was the last straw for her. Of course, if she moves banks, I will have to follow her because she also handles my banking. They have just chipped away at services, locations, and now actual withdraw slips.
