They didn't know me, as I was logging into my account on my phone, the teller was putting in my information and watching me at the same time. I was able to withdraw the cash I needed to get my errands done without hassell. They have went over and above as far as I am concerned.

First, I had a personal checking account with MY name on it paying MY credit card with the account number ready for them. Their excuse? Well we've had fraud. I said well what would happen if I mailed it? She replied, we would process it. I'm not blaming the teller, she is probably doing as she is asked, but I use to be in banking as well and this is unacceptable.
