We were 100% not at fault. I can't believe how Paul's office has treated us. They truly do not care about their customers. For over 40 years all my other agents were helpful and looked out for our family and our well being. Paul and his group are like "sorry we just don't care to have you as a customer even though you've given us 100K+ over the last 40 years and have very few claims and are blaming us for an accident that wasn't our fault." Paul's office is dishonest and should not be trusted. They don't care about helping their customers when they are in need of support.

People love their insurance guy as long as their claims are paid. I get it. But Mike has always been very thorough in explaining what insurance I need, and what I don't. In our most recent review, he pointed out that I was still carrying comprehensive coverage on an older car that probably didn't need it. Dropping it reduced my premium of course. My point is he did it because it was the right thing to do even though it means my premium goes down and he gets paid a little less most likely. I would, and do, recommend him to anyone who asks.
