I was a little overwhelmed when I called four of the main carpet/flooring companies in the Port Huron area for estimates for a sub floor and vinyl sheeting. Lou at Ropposch Brothers was so helpful and and patient. He put me right at ease. His estimate was the most reasonable of the four. When we went in to the store a few days later to pick our vinyl, he remembered our telephone call and took me right to the vinyl's in the price range he had quoted me. We made an appointment for him to come out and measure. We, also, made an appointment to have our living room carpet re-stretched. Everything went very smoothly. The installers that came out for the vinyl were great. The carpet guys were so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The total price was a little less than I expected to pay and everything looked great! The whole experience was seamless. Lou and his staff/installers were amazing and I will definitely do business with him again in the future.
