At this point, I was on my own to troubleshoot the system. (The problem was the wrong country code was in the converter and as soon as I changed that, the system has worked flawlessly.) The two important complaints is that the agreement allowed for a $1,200 rebate and I was told the Carbon Credit application was completed.
