The screens for the front larger picture window don't stay in and fall out with the wind. The smaller window in the living room doesn't open all the way and opens very hard. My trim in the kitchen window was damaged and there was a large gap in the wood. I had to ask them to come back to repair it and you can still see where the gap and discoloration is. I would not recommend this company to do work for me again and would not hire them again. I tried to discuss this with the owner, Micah, and got no where. He wouldn't refund the $600 or even part of it. I have also asked for a receipt for the additional $600 I had to pay and two months later I am still waiting for the receipt, even though I was told that would not be a problem to get the receipt.

The Intake and Supply were Reversed with the Main Intake at the Top and Supply at the Bottom! .He Told me then Repaired and Reversed that and Also that had probly Caused the Minerals and deposits in the Hot Water to be Pushed out when the Water was Connected Correctly it continued to Push All the loose Buildup in the hot Piping to the Faucets which Clogged the lines and Valves of the Hot Water somewhat which he Cleared and got to Flow Again Correctly!! Great Job! Also had to Replace the Kitchen faucet and RePipe the Clothes Washer to get Hot Water as that was goofy and not Plumbed Right.
