I would never recommend this website that I used through the funeral home. This was a devastating loss and I had to travel a ways to get home so I called them the next morning. At first they were willing to refund me $25 out of the $90 it cost me. It wasn't just about the money. It really stood out among all the other beautiful flowers and plants. Everything about it looked sad and wilted. But this was a third party I was talking to so I left it at that. Then the company called me back a few hours later and asked if I was so dissatisfied why didn't I call them that night. I got home pretty late and didn't think they would even be open. They admitted they didn't have what I ordered so instead of calling me they sent the next best thing. I really think as a customer I was treated with disrespect and will never ever use their service again. FYI buyer beware

We had a complicated situation with a service in Connecticut and a burial in New York and everything was made easy during such a difficult time. My mother was touched that Mike stayed during the services and was so accommodating to any changes. The death certificates were delivered two days after the burial, by hand, to our door. My mom described how everything was handled as "tasteful and kind". We are very pleased by how everything went during such a difficult time.

Two different rooms for seating and the bigger room held the casket and visitors came to pay their respects. A decently sizes funeral home that some had to squeeze by others while there was still areas for groups to congregate. I imagine that a lot of thought and preparation was put into honoring this man and this funeral home did him justice.
