Frank worked with his father for many years, taking over the business upon his father's death in 1948, while Armand left to serve our country in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. Following the war, Armand went to work for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for 30 years, while continuing to work part-time at his family's funeral home. In 1968, Francois C. Sansoucy's son, F. A. They have been told over and over not to block this emergency road and they ignored it along with several signs. Their ignorance caused several people time and money. To top it, they did not even have the decency to come over to me or any of the other vehicles waiting to let us know how long it would be or to say sorry they messed up. The owner was rude and condescending to me when I had to walk over through mud to him. I would not use this pompous fool for any of my family members. He is obviously not a rule follower which would put up many other RED FLAGS about his integrity in other matters regarding our beloved. Thank God there was no emergency and emergency vehicles didn't need to get to the home or business he was blocking. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Boston Cremation…read more Our family has had an incredibly frustrating and distressing experience working with them during one of the most difficult times of our lives. They issued a death certificate listing a cremation date that does not match the actual date of cremation. When we contacted them to have the error corrected, instead of taking responsibility, we were given the runaround. Most recently, we were told that the date on the death certificate represents the date they "started the paperwork" for the cremation rather than the date the cremation actually occurred. We do not believe this explanation is accurate or consistent with Massachusetts requirements, yet they continue to refuse to correct what we believe is an error on an official legal document. As a result, our family has been forced to continue pursuing the matter instead of being able to focus on grieving. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated issue. Throughout the process, communication was poor, empathy was lacking, and we repeatedly had to advocate for ourselves to receive basic information and proper treatment. The entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and has ultimately required us to seek legal assistance. Families deserve professionalism, compassion, and confidence that important legal documents are being completed accurately. That was not our experience. I sincerely hope no other family has to endure what ours has.
