I went in to try to replicate a spice blend I used for baking. They were so helpful and took time to walk me around the store to find the all ingredients. The ingredients for a LOT of future blends cost $14. An 8 oz jar from the store where I originally found it would have cost $70 with shipping. We have since gone back to pick up other items. Clean, well stocked and moderate prices. Most products come in various brands and various sizes. Most items imported from India and surrounding region. Also Indian spices, kitchen ware, table ware, incense and fresh veggies. I bought a 1 cup pink granite mortar and pestle for $16 that would cost $25 - $40 on Amazon. And a 30 oz jar of Garlic - Ginger Paste for less than $10. If I was setting up an authentic Indian kitchen or putting together a authentic Indian meal this would be my first stop. read more

This Market is amazing so many spices and choices of India food. So clean and so organized and friendly helpful staff and the prices are reasonable even the shops in CA that I have gone too aren't nearly as well stocked with the choices that I find here. Since recently moving to Tennessee I have missed making my favorite Indian foods and now I don't have to miss it anymore! India Market has a very good selection of premade Indian foods and ingredients for delicious Indian meals. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable about the fixins you need for your feast(s). Since it's a speciality store, there are some goods on the more expensive side. Still, a great place for everything from frozen paneer tikka masala meals to asafetida! read more

This store was a great find! I needed to restock all my Indian spices and decided to give this store a try after finding them on Yelp. I'm so glad I did! The store is in a very convenient location in a plaza with lots of parking. The store itself is huge with a great selection of spices, flours, rice, breads, snack foods, soda, tea, beauty products, cookware, frozen food, produce, etc. They had everything I needed spice wise and then some! This store has everything you could possibly need for cooking Indian cuisine at home, from spices to chutneys to fresh produce and even ready to cook pappadums. They have MTR brand ready to eat dishes like Paneer Butter Masala and Dal Makhani if you don't feel like making your dishes from scratch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. After going to Sunrise Supermarket to find Limca soda, I was directed to India Market. I arrived 3 minutes before closing and the man was very helpful. Not only did they have Limca but they also had India's Magic Masala chips which were my favorite! Definitely going to have to go back and explore soon when they aren't getting ready to close for the night. read more
