This is a long review but I promise it is worth the read if seriously considering Better Life…read moreChiropractic. When I first found Better Life Chiropractic I had been injured and was looking for a readjustment or some kind of treatment. I was stuck in bed with severe nerve pain. Of course this happened on a Friday when I decided I couldn't handle the pain and need to find treatment. Better Life was the only place in the area that was open on a Friday that could fit me in same day, at the time. The responsiveness was great and everyone there seemed very friendly! They did tests and X-rays and made a treatment plan with me. They said I had really good insurance so it shouldn't be too much out of pocket. I met with an amazing Chiropractor who was really interested in not only treating my injury but other areas of my body that couldn't keep up with my active lifestyle. Better Life didn't get the amount of money they wanted out of my insurance so they decided to bill my insurance and bill me out of pocket. Over a $1000 out of pocket alone. But with my injury and having a great chiropractor that was helping, I didn't mind the cost at the time. Even if it was wrong for them to charge me and my insurance, I was getting the help I needed. Then my chiropractor left the business. Without notifying me before my appointment, they put me with a different chiropractor. This chiropractor made unprofessional and unwanted moves at me. Even going as far to put unprofessional comments in my medical chart and touching me inappropriately when not adjusting me. I told the front desk to never book me with this chiropractor again. They did a really good job at that. I didn't tell them why at first because I was in shock that it really happened. Later when I went back to write a formal complaint they assured me he is no longer with the business and they wouldn't be giving me his name or credentials to write a complaint. I moved on because I was almost done with treatment. I got paired with a third chiropractor who wasn't terrible but okay. At least he wasn't inappropriate. When I was notified I was all up to date on my payment plan and I owed no more, I didn't go back. It wasn't until a year later I received a call that they hired a new financial person that went back and changed everyone's past bills because their old hire screwed up. I told them that I was informed I was all paid out and it is illegal for them to do this. They were firm on trying to get a few more hundred dollars out of me. I am a broke college student. In fear of being sent to collections because I worked hard on my credit score and have no late payments, I paid them. I told them to send me a documented receipt that I was all paid out and that they will never be seeing me again. They don't care about you as a patient and your wellbeing. They care about themselves as a company at the cost of you. I was taken advantage of financially and physically at Better Life Chiropractic. I would never recommend to anyone.

I'm so lucky my insurance covers it because I come once a week just to stay mobilized and prevent my SI joint and low back from locking up, which is a usual problem for me. I've been seeing chiropractors for years given some imbalanced body mechanics from my scoliosis and chronic pain and stiffness thanks to autoimmune. There are very few chiropractors that can actually adjust my low back. I told Kyle this coming in, and he listened to what has worked for me in the past and is able to adjust me no problem. I've been to chiros that will literally body slam me to try to get it to move when all it takes is some finesse. He can adjust any joint and it's never painful and always listens and focuses in when I come to him with new pains.

She adjusted me throughout my second pregnancy (this was a must and truly helped during delivery!!), and was one of the critical first appointments we made after the birth of our second daughter. My daughter's both feel incredible safe and gladly walk into the office to be adjusted. Beyond our regular chiropractic appointments we have also had cranial sacral work and massages. These experiences have been as amazing as our adjustments. You can't go wrong booking services at Bodo Chiropractic, plus their app makes it a breeze to do!

Because they were never able to fit me in with my work schedule for one thing. For the other the doctor so called chiropractor could never and I mean never even adjust my back.
