"yes you can bring it in" so I said I would be in toni..." Yes I didn't get the word out of my mouth before she rudely cut me off and said and then we will need to do some paperwork. I loaded up the boat and drove 45 minutes to this shop. When I arrived the only person there was a woman in the office area that is marked "SERVICE" I could hear she was on the phone so I waited patiently by the door before she said rather gruffly "I will be out in a minute" I walked around the shop and very patiently waited for her to come out. When she asked what she could do for me I told her I was wanting to drop off my boat for repair (Now this shouldn't be a surprise since I called earlier in the day) This was around 5:00pm. She huffed and then went back to the office (she didn't say to stay where I was or to follow her but I assumed she was going to do the paperwork in the office. She then told me rudely again she would be out to the counter in a minute. I am going to point out at no time did I enter the office nor crowd this woman. Finally she goes to start the paperwork and when she asked me what was wrong with the boat I started to explain and she cut me off immediately and was like "Just tell me what its doing" I knew that they would need a description of the problem before I went in so I took the time to type up a detailed description of the problem and the history of what has been done to try to correct the issues and by whom. She took one look at the paper and said she couldn't write all of that down and demanded I just give her a brief "it won't start" answer. At this time I told her that the paper I typed out was for the Mechanic and could be attached to the work order. She once again demanded (and yes I mean very snotty demanding) that I just describe the problem and REFUSED to take my typed up and printed description of the issues. I had maintained my cool up to that point but after being rudely cutoff for the umpteenth time I finally lost it. I probably could have handled it better but I told her that I would just take my business elsewhere. At this point she started to act like she didn't do anything wrong and I straight up told her she was being a Witch but not in such nice terms. She was like no I have never been the "B" word in my life and when my wife told her yes she was she started to act like oh I am sorry expecting me to keep my business there. When my wife asked who the owner was because she wanted to file a complaint for how rude this woman was she said that she was the owner only to minutes later telling my wife that her mother was the owner. I like to support local but honestly all of the reviews on here that are good have to be friends and family because this woman was downright rude an snotty to myself and my wife. I will NEVER do business with someone who has such horrible customer service skills. This all happened the night of 9/2/2021.
