He sends it again, CVS says they have it and are filling it. 3 days later - nothing outstanding. It's just lost in the system. Get it sent again, and you know what the pharmacist does here when they get it? They sent it BACK to my doctor to be authorized haha. My doctor sends it in, and they send it back to authorize. This place is bananas. Save yourself your sanity and go somewhere else; I know we are transferring to Walgreens across the street today.

But the Tricare contract with the Federal government was recently won by Walgreens so we are back with them again. Not a problem as they are a nationwide operation, so Tricare contract or not, wherever we are in the USA Walgreens computer has all of our Rx info. Walgreens is far more than prescriptions and medical incidentals. They have a wonderful photo department which can receive and process prints sent from your cell phone. Your pics are usually ready for pickup before you can make the trip to the store. And they stick a wide range of cosmetics, grooming supplies, candy, flowers and even computer, phone and camera chips and storage memory chips. Nice, HELPFUL people will go out of their way or interrupt their work to help you. And they seem to be open early to late every day. We're happy and you will be...also.

They have self check out as the primary form of checkout with what seems to be an employee standing guard. If you are not good with this, this could be a problem. I was under the assumption. Walmart was the cheapest place. The place was organized and appeared very clean however when using a gift card that's where the complication came in to play. If it doesn't swipe, they cannot punch the numbers in and you have to go to customer service or regular register, which is a little bit lengthy for time and a pretty extensive process. In the age of AI in modern technology I'm surprised they can't make it a little bit more easier of a process. I hope your experience was a little bit better than mine.

The website clearly states that ExtraCare savings can be used in addition to your insurance. I'm 7 months pregnant and just trying to save in every area I can. This location is closest to me, I now have no problem driving past them to others with better customer service. Never again.

Because insurance only allows it to be filled a few days early, any delay in restocking means my child is left without essential medication. It is unacceptable that a medication needed every month is not reliably stocked. We are not new customers--this is a constant prescription, yet we frequently hear that it is unavailable and have to wait multiple days for it to come in. This delay has serious consequences, and it should not be this difficult to get a necessary medication on time. CVS needs to do better at managing inventory for essential prescriptions, especially for medications that cannot be filled early. Parents should not have to scramble every month to ensure their child gets the treatment they need.

Milk, bread, frozen foods, paper products, canned goods, ice, gift cards, sodas, Gatorade, chips, cereal & 35 pack of Pure Life H2O. So disappointing they can run a multi million dollar business & still can 't get carts that won't stick together or roll. Maybe they should consult Costco you got that right. I like their easy on- line order option & pick up. One of the few places where you can get good prices on their six pack bottles of diet Cherry Lemon Sundrop.

This store is 5 mins from my home and the service has drastically dropped from customer service, to…read more(pricing much higher )then other Walmarts in the area, the cashier's watched me try to self checkout $300 worth of food with two young kids by myself. They watched me struggle and when I asked for help they said I had to use the self checkout because they were short staffed!? There was 3 people congregated all talking amongst themselves and I truly felt that there may have been some prejudice vibes. I am not one to complain, however I was the only white guy there and when I asked for help I was directed to self checkout however when a pretty black woman walked up they immediately opened up the cash register after I paid for my food. The prior visit the last cashier actually complained how they were short staffed and the new manager did not care about them or the customers, causing a very unhappy employee and customer environment. When I left the most recent visit and asked why they wouldn't help me and they opened up the cash register for the other customer, they said she was much prettier to look at and I would have to understand , I asked for the manager and they said good luck and to call back the next morning because she only worked 8-5. Get it together Walmart and focus on making the customers feel valued and important. Lastly on 7/29/23 we tried to call from 8:55pm-9:30pm and not 1 single department would answer the phone from "online pickup,to bakery, to the store operator " the phone just rang and continuously would hang up after 5 minutes of calling.
