I have an appt." Still staring.... Ok??? She actually says "I don't know you? You're supposed to say your name" SHE ACTUALLY SAID THAT... I say "did you ask my name??" I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER return to this place. You already have anxiety because your boobs are about to get pressed into a machine. The words "mammogram" & "breast cancer" will scare easily. Please be kind to your customers. Get rid of this receptionist if you haven't already. What a monster. No "have a nice day" upon leaving either. She just exists behind that desk. Will add: Radiologists were lovely. But I'd go to another place simply because this front desk rude woman sets the whole mood for the appt.

The blond female technician was extremely cold and rude and refused to allow me to come back, even after my daughter repeatedly requested it. If it had been a week prior, I would have been required to go back with her. Why do this to a teenager who could potentially have a serious issue? Why be borderline demeaning with the way you delivered the information? Parents--avoid this place at all cost--you will find zero empathy or bedside manner here. I will also be notifying my daughter's pediatrician about the awful experience we had here. Being kind takes zero effort. I hope this lady has the day she deserves. Update: these people told my daughter that she needed a biopsy and scheduled her for surgery. She is hysterical. This was handled so poorly--your staff needs to be retrained.

I made an appointment weeks in advance, and I arrived 10 minutes before my set time which was cushioned with 15 minutes to fill out any necessary paperwork. A person walked in right before me to check on making a mammogram appt. in the future since she was passing by their office. They told her they had a slot open up and they could take her. She was taken back before me (a long time before I was seen). I was left sitting there for over 45 minutes. This included me arriving early. I literally walked in on the heels of the woman just dropping in to set a future appointment. 20 minutes after my schedule actual appointment time, I finally asked when I would be seen. I was told that there had been one unexpected emergency appointment so they would take me as soon as possible. The other "unexpected appointment" was another older lady that may have received some concerning new. That is COMPLETELY understandable and she was there when I arrived as well. So, why did they choose to take the drop in before an appointment that arrived early knowing good and well they already had an emergency appointment??? Also, why did it take me asking as I sat there FOREVER? The appointment coordinator should have said to me - we are running a little behind. I apologize. Someone will be with you as soon as possible. Additionally, at NO point did ANYONE say, I'm so sorry you had to wait (or even goodbye. I hope you have a nice day.) When the technician(?) came to take me back she must have been having a rough day because she was beyond NOT friendly. She took me straight back to the room where she would perform the mammogram. This isn't typical either, you usually go to their dressing room but chalk it up -- maybe an explanation would have been nice? and a "Hi, nice to see you. Our dressing rooms are pretty full so...." Next I finally get an introduction from the lady that's going to be squishing me :/ -- This is the location that I've used for years and I am glad that this wasn't my first experience here. I am hopeful that it was just a VERY OFF visit and that this isn't going to be their new norm. I am giving them 3 stars but it actually should be 2. I've been seen for couple years now by this service and the staff is always amazing. The only thing I didn't like was steps to get in. I'm short and have knee issues but I really like using this service. I'm usually in and out in less than 30 minutes. I get results in under 2 weeks by mail and if anything comes up my doc will call. I was a bit nervous this time but the young lady was very sweet and reassured me. It's not a very comfortable procedure but as women we need to do these things.. I'm grateful for the service they provide and I will continue to use them in future.

I had a great experience at Charlotte Radiology. It was my first time getting a mammogram and the…read morestaff was great at explaining it and walking me through it so that I felt comfortable. After I checked in I didn't have to wait very long to be called back. The technician who did my exam was wonderful and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. Unfortunately I had to have a diagnostic mammogram so I also had to have an ultra sound and speak with a doctor but it went smoothly and fairly quickly. I would recommend them for your care.

I asked everyone and they told me it was cover by my insurance as always. However, I just got 3 bills for almost $1,300. I called the referrals, billing, the facility and no one resolved the issue. I just got the supposed code to be bill. Terrible customer service and care. No one asked my authorization to additional test if they did some more. No information was given to me. They just told me everything was ok. Well, this is unacceptable, I told them in advance I didn't want anything done if it wasn't covered bc I have enough bills after my husband's stroke.

This was by far an amazing experience. I was extremely concerned because I am a few days shy of…read morebeing 36 weeks pregnant, and I was afraid that the Prenatal Picture wouldn't be able to do the ultrasound. However, they assured me it was still doable, it's just that there would not much room for the baby to move. When I got there, I just really enjoyed how warm and personable Mary was. She is hilarious, and I love her humor. She helps to put your mind at ease. Unfortunately my daughter due to her size and having hardly any room to move was covering her face just a tad bit with her arm. I was already at that point so excited to see her. I would have been okay if that was the best shot that I got. However, Mary was extremely patient and tried persistently with tiny little movements to capture a better shot of her face. She was extremely informative throughout the whole process. I was able to see her toes, her ears, her hair, and her beautiful face. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, the time, and the amazing experience with Mary. For my future ultra sounds, I will definitely be going here again.

No hello how are you, didn't tell me when she was going in with the needle, just not gentle and I felt rushed. I get blood work done routinely so I know the process, and when she took my tourniquet off she literally ripped it from my arm causing the needle to jump and stab me again. It was very painful and unprofessional. My arm is bruised and just in pain still.
