This puts the rest areas on the NJ turnpike to shame, at least the old ones. Why? It's not overcrowded. It's pretty clean. The lines for food aren't bad at all and it's Saturday in the summer. No wait to use a toilet. 7-11 on premises for snacks and beverages. Lots of vending options. Trucker lounge area A human at a desk if you have questions (I guess I'm old for appreciating that. Worth a stop for sure. One edit: the wait at the gas lines does suck.

Although the service plazas on the Ohio Turnpike were updated years ago, they are to be commended for maintaining them as if they were brand-spanking new. There are a number of fast food options to consider with a very large and well kept dining area. The restrooms are large and clean.

Really big with really clean restrooms they also have a food court with a big seating area. They also have travel brochures and road /weather information. They also have gas with a convenience store right next to it.

Soggy pizza crust. Look how wet middle was.

Very disappointed !! We ordered a whole pepperoni pizza to go and the center of the pizza had soggy crust. We could not even pick it up. Also we were given 3 paper plates that were instantly worthless after sliding one slice on it due to the pizza being so wet. I can't really blame the one employee that has to make pizzas, take orders and fill them and ring them up at the cash register. My disappointment is aimed at whoever is in charge of this Sborros

This is the service plaza that opened on the Ohio Turnpike about 20 miles from the Indiana line. It opened a few months ago so is clean and spiffy. We stopped by the westbound location but there is a sister plaza on the eastbound side across the turnpike. It has a Starbucks, a couple of fast food places (Burger King, I think, and something else), a convenience store, and a desk with maps and brochures. Oh, and a gas station with competitive prices (a rarity on toll roads). For long haulers, a good place to stop, rest, and eat.

Pet area not maintained in winter time :(

Clean. Wifi. Well lit. Could use better plowing on snowy days but it seems all rest stops have this issue this winter.

The nicest, cleanest rest plaza yet; mall-like, with Starbucks and free wifi. Thanks, Ohio.

This place is a mini mall not a big mall. This place is very neglected unfortunately! There are giant holes the restrooms. They still had Christmas decorations up in July! They had parts of the mall section off but as a mini mall that could be walked around in like 3 minutes! It's got some unique shops to them but really it's more of a gathering space too assistant connects to other big box stores. There's an abandoned Carousel too. Inside of the place is old and outdated. It still gets fair foot though regardless

They have Best Buy, Dollar Tree, Dunhams, post office, health food store, Five Below, Bath and Bodyworks, Ross, TJ Max, Men's Wherehouse, Kohl's, Sephora, arcade, popcorn and candy store, video game store, furniture store, they even have the Secretary of State office to get your car registration updated! Oh and don't forget the Chocolate shop for those who are chocolate addicts. I come here from time to time and bring my kids here and they like the spinning doors, Five Below and Dollar Tree. If you're looking for a outlet mall type experience, Jackson Crossing comes pretty close, it doesn't have everything a full mall would have but they have enough. They have some discount stores that people will often frequent. If you're in Jackson and have nothing to do, you would probably come to Jackson Crossing.

The reviews for the mall are all outdated (2 in 2015, 1 in 2020, none aside those 3 that I can see)…read moreand of course during 2020 the mall was dying from lockdown restrictions and such. However, as of the past couple of years the mall has been thriving probably more than it did before I ever moved out here. It has loads of new stores and new ones keep coming in, some close down and then they get replaced very quickly with yet another local business trying to succeed and have their chance - and some become staples of the neighborhood like the new bakery which seems to be doing fantastic and in my experience deserves to, everything I've gotten there has been delicious. They also have a brand new theater with some of the best newest technology and heated large lounge chairs for every single seat and really low prices of admittance. The food court needs some people who understand economics as they all charge insane amounts for low quality food - I mean a grilled cheese for almost 20 dollars? It costs under a buck to make that yourself, and better...no surprise they closed down in like 6 months but now they're replaced by some guy selling 20 dollar hot dogs. While I have no way to do so now, I like the location and the growth so much I've even been thinking about several years from now, if I'm lucky enough to have the money and sensible plans to, opening a business of my own in it. They even have events like a small convention, every few months a vendors fair you can join to sell your own things, and a regular card show/trading thing. I think more stuff like this would be fantastic for the mall, even just small holiday events would bring in a lot more families. The only thing I dislike about this mall is the lack of bathrooms (the only ones aside if you are a paying theater customer are way in the back by the theater and are extremely small and kind of really disgusting), the 'arcade' area needs to look in to having a real arcade put in instead even if it's just replacing what they have now with a few modern games, and one of the businesses just doesn't sit right with me though I respect their freedom to run it I just don't think it belongs in a family facility like a mall and I had to include it being there in my overall rating (along with the bathrooms and lack of entertainment to be here aside specifically shopping). Oh, also, some of the stores are just NOT CONNECTED to the mall while being IN THE SAME BUILDING? It's very strange, but without leaving the mall, walking around the entire building, and entering a store directly connected to the mall, you can't access a couple of the places in the mall. It's irritating and damages business both to the mall itself and to those businesses - a terribly stupid decision by the management and seems almost like it's nitpicking for extra dollars (my assumption is that they don't pay enough rent to have mall-access and so they were blocked off, you can even physically see the fake walls in place - though maybe the stores asked to be blocked off for some stupid reason?). Overall though, the mall is absolutely growing and doing much better than it seems to have done even since 2015.

I know that businesses are hit hard due to the pandemic but this mall looks like it's about to…read morepermanently close. It has a few stores that I like and it's in between the Flint area and metro Detroit, so it'll do in a pinch if I'm in the Brighton area, which happens now and then. They have a varied selection of stores, ranging from Dick's and Barnes and Noble to J. Jill, Claire's, Pier One and Five Below, plus a whole lot more, in addition to a few decent watering holes and eateries. In truth, they have more restaurant options than I would assume they might at such a small-ish open air/strip mall. It's better than having limited options or eateries with excessive lines or a crappy food court with just fast food garbage. I like the Pier One store, but the Barnes and Noble is not my favorite B & N location, but it's still nice to have a brick and mortar book store in the area. This mall has a few shops that we don't have at home, plus a variety of others that we do. Other than that, the parking is adequate and the location is pretty decent and convenient, just off the expressway. I'd like to see a few more boutiques open up, but for now, the mix of retailers is decent, relatively varied and the options for food & drinks is great for such a small venue.
