Owner seemed friendly, but was too busy talking to his friends in the shop. Seemed like they were hanging out in chairs having a good time. Not what I'd expect for a flourishing shop. Was hard to walk around as it was so full, like walking thru a garage of antiques. Looking at the other Yelp reviews, I must have come at a time where they were reorganizing. I found some small bowls of the set I collect, appropriately priced. I didn't dicker over the price. Good: friendly greeting staff, vast variety, enough shoppers so it didn't feel creepy. Only minor criticism is that they could be friendlier and greet customers and offer to open locked cases when they see you peering and lingering at one. I had to ask to see things and one of their employees didn't seem very enthusiastic about working. Prices were reasonable but not remarkably high or low.
