I came here with my mom on my first visit 20 minutes before closing time. Since we knew our time here was limited, we asked for help for very specific areas of the store, and we were each guided to the sections we wanted. Besides hardcover books, there are several sections with softcover books including (but not limited to) mysteries and current fiction. There are also chairs in various locations (at least upstairs). Some sections also have better magazines (for example, the cookbook section has a selection of "Gourmet" magazines). This is a great place for a bibliophile to get lost for a few hours. I intend to do just that next time I'm here.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, largely thanks to the genuinely kind-natured staff who clearly love what they do and make you feel right at home. One of my favorite things about visiting is just how cozy the space is. They have these wonderful couches that invite you to sit down, relax, and get lost in a good book for a while before deciding what to take home. It's the perfect, relaxed environment for book lovers to browse and unwind. We also were informed by the staff that they have an online store, and we are so excited to start using it!

I had to wait quite a while for someone at the customer service desk, but the gentleman that showed up was super helpful. There's a cafe that sells Starbucks products (but they don't take Starbucks gift cards). The children's section is actually quite large and extensive. I tend to frequent smaller, locally owned bookstores, but I sometimes enjoy spending my time and dollars at a B&N.
