She made sure every pair of shoes we tried on would be a perfect fit and would stay that way once the shoe was broken in. We were buying Birkenstock's and when she learned it was my first pair ever she made sure I knew that I should only wear them a couple hours a day for a week. They also give you 20% off a second pair and a percentage of your sale back in the form of a gift certificate to use on your next purchase. This is a great incentive to make a future purchase but the real reason we will be back is because of the attention and truly personalized feel of the experience with our associate.
