If you're a patient, go to a better urgent care. This one is dirty and most of their employees are not properly educated or trained. If you're seeking a position with them, read on. I worked there for 4 days. My training consisted of showing me the EMR system and how to input vitals, history and document calls by the manager on day one. After completing paperwork, I was released to work, so basically no training at all. I observed numerous things while employed that were very concerning. 1. Employees DO NOT clean the exam rooms after every pt, just change out the table paper. This is probably why I got covid after only working there for 4 days because we had a few patients who tested positive. 2. Noone can draw blood and POCT tests were NOT done correctly. Nothing is logged properly or correctly when done. Not sure how they're still in business. 3. Most of the staff employed there were trained on the job with NO formal education or training. Scary!!! Most of the employees are related to the manager and dating.... I was let go for testing positive for covid and the manager had to cover my shifts. I even sent proof of my positive test and they still expected me to come in...ridiculous. They also screwed up my paycheck. Spelled my last name wrong and paid me 0.50 less on the hour than quoted when offer received, which they did correct. I still haven't been paid yet, but I have proof in case I need to contact an attorney. Pay is well below average compared to other companies and corporations and benefits are lacking to say the least. You get 40 hours of PTO your first year, which you will never get to use because they do not give you holiday pay or pay you extra for working holidays and you have to use your PTO. No benefits for 60 days and they're very expensive. Finally, you have to clean the office. They're too cheap to hire a cleaning crew. I can tell you the cleaning is not done as it's supposed to be, especially when the manager is out. I recommend applying with a well established facility if you'reseeking a job. Company appears to be having phone issues. I've been on hold 3x, disconnected 3x, each at 45+ minute wait. I've watched not one staff member walk outside in 3 hours. I've watched this parking lot empty out each time & refill. They answered the door one time to someone & said sorry you have to call back. One would think that they could come up with an alternative waiting system while having technical issues, or post a note on the door stating they are not seeing patients. Well if I could give this place a zero star rating I definitely would. Its absolutely filthy, some of the workers are rude. My loved one was sitting there for hours as we watched them walk back and forth talking amongst themselves as if they had no patients or no job to do. If someone doesn't take the state of this facility into consideration given the fact they are dealing with human lives. ***This is a late post as I was busy and now have the time to post a review given work is slow*** Like most, I have been to other urgent cares over my life, and they went as you expect: long waits, cold waiting area, and unfriendly staff. Not to say they were bad experiences, but they were basic and unfulfilling. These were my expectations walking in. I was immediately greeting with a warm smile and a welcoming (reasonable warm but not hot) waiting area. The young lady working behind the counter was finishing up with another patient. As soon as she was done, she called me up and took my information. I went to sit down and read a magazine, as I was expecting the 30 minute wait that is normal. No less than 5 minutes later, a woman comes out and calls my name. I thought I missed something on the paperwork because there is no way it was my turn. Well, I was wrong and was taken back to the room. The young lady was very professional and asked about any medications and symptoms and the like. She took my vitals and told me the doctor would be right in. Uh huh. I have heard that before. I started to play with one of those model ear things they had in the room. I heard the door open within 45 seconds of me starting my own medical education. The doctor clarified my symptoms listened around, and generally did his doctor thing. He told me I had bronchitis and gave a prescription. I was in and out of the office in 25 minutes. Some may complain that a doctor didn't spend enough time with me or I didn't get the narcotic I wanted or whatever. This is and URGENT CARE! If I want more attention from a doctor I would go to my primary care doctor or rename my dog. If I want a narcotic, I would go to an ER because my pain is that bad and, given the current opioid epidemic, I'm glad that that they aren't giving them out like candy. I loved my experience here, even though I was sick. It will definitely be my go-to in the future for any urgent care need I have!!! read more

I have been to this location multiple times in place of driving to my doctor about 35min away. The staff is very friendly and gets you in and out and quick as possible. My most recent visit I had nurse Tammy Bruner who was knowledgeable, kind and helpful with my situation. She made sure I got in and out with the best care possible. I genuinely appreciate being treated as a person not as a number. I highly recommend this Immediate Care for any treatment needs. read more

Let me start by saying that I have never been to an immediate care as an adult before so I don't have any other experience to compare it to but I decided to go here based on location and Yelp reviews from its old building. It was a weekday and I was having chest pain that hadn't gone away or improved over two days so my sister [who is a doctor] recommended I get checked out just in case. This location was easy to find with GPS and spotting the signs. Because this was a fairly last minute decision, we came pretty close to closing. The front desk didn't seem to particularly love that I came so late but they were mostly friendly and accommodating, it was dead so I only waited a little while before being taken back. I am terrible at titles for medical people but whoever the first guy was that came into my room, to ask me a bunch of questions was really nice, thorough and seemed to enjoy his job! There was a short wait after this and the next woman who came to diagnosis me was also really nice and gave lots of good information and did not seem impatient at all, let me ask questions and ramble. Billing and all that went smooth and I was able to pay for it easily through my insurance company's website. Overall, it was a great first experience with this location and immediate cares in general, I would not hesitate to use again. read more

My roommate and I got rapid covid tests done. They said they would text us our results no later than 6pm. The next day rolls over and no texts not a word from them. I call for the results and the lady on the phone said they would email them to us but we still have nothing? How can you be so unprofessional especially during these times???? And why get a rapid covid test if the results never come in? They suck. read more

This is my favorite immediate care clinic. I have been to others and to drug store minute clinics. This one puts the patient first and operates as good as my doctor's office does (with the same expertise, but no scheduled appointment time since you just walk in.) The staff is caring and helpful and they have been able to help me in diagnosing a problem I had during a time when I did not have an actual doctor. I have a dr. now; but I love this clinic for when I can't get to my doctor's office. read more

The front desk and the nurse that I had were genuinely nice. The nurse, personable, nice guy, made me feel comfortable being there. I don't have much taste for hospitals and doctors to be honest so the fact it was off to a great start was reassuring. And then the doctor came in. Her misplaced radar was on high and so was her judgement. I've had pneumonia about 8 times in the last 10 years. Meaning I know exactly what it feels like. This woman found out I smoke a half pack a day(even though i havent had a cigarette since I got sick, 7 days) and immediately discounted all my issues. Not taking me serious. Even though I've been coughing up green goo for four days and obviously sick. She also made me feel like I was some junkie looking to score a fix. Staring me down with judgmental eyes and mentally shrugging off everything I told her. I was disgusted by the treatment to be honest. I realize docs have to be careful and on high alert these days with all the regulations government sponsored healthcare pressures them with. But when a person comes in so obviously sick and weak, complaining of chest n throat pain and congestion,green goo lunging out with each strain filled cough, with a history of pneumonia to boot, common sense tells you this person isn't looking to score a legal high. And the judgement calls aren't appreciated. It's because of doctors like this that so many people slip through the cracks. It's painfully obvious this green doctor doesn't have a whole lot of personal and one on one experience yet, because if she had then she would have read the signs better and realized I came there for medical help. I have been sick for a week and decided to go to this immediate care center instead of waiting for my doctors office to open (it was the weekend). I'm in a lot of pain and my boyfriend who is PA advised me to go in and get tested for mono. The front desk was very unfriendly and rude. The PA who came in to see me was extremely short with me, spent not even two minutes in the room with me before saying "test came back negative, I don't know what wrongs." When I left all of the doors were locked. They just rushed me out because they wanted to go home. NOT a good feeling when you are sick and want answers. Will NEVER return back here. read more

I took my grandson in to be seen since his throat and tonsils were giving him problems. The woman a the desk was rude and needs to get some customer service classes. There was no reason for her to not process our paperwork and making us wait so long. She had to call my son in another state to get permission for my grandson to be seen, then you needed medical insurance info but you didn't ask him, I had to call him about three times. you could have made this process so much better if you understand that people are stressed and concerned about their health issues and asking me questions that you could have found out by asking my son was a bunch of crap.. making an eight year old wait to be seen and taking others is crazy when you keep telling me we would be seen soon. I went to the Indiana Immediate Care yesterday. I walked up to the front desk and the lady just sit there and didn't say hello or anything. So I said what I was there for. She gave me the forms to fill out. I filled them out sit back down. There was 1 lady sitting in the waiting room which was waiting on someone to get done. We were taken back put in a room. Sit there for a bit. Nurse I assume came in. No one there wears name tags or says I'm the RN, CNA or MA. We know the doctor wears the white coat. So we will assume the RN came in asked questions. She was nice! Then lady came in didn't knock just busted in and took the trash. She wasn't from a cleaning service, she was a employee of the Immediate Care. She was wearing pink gloves. She took the trash touched the door knobs on both sides of the doors. Didn't say anything. Then shut the door. Them doctor Brittany and the other employees were out in the hall being loud and playing pranks on the lady that was just in there to get the trash. There was no professionalism. When we were took back we were taken through the area where the doctors and nurses get the tools that are needed. There were instruments laying out all over the counters. We could've touched them coughed on them etc. There was a man working on a ladder working on the ceiling. One of the ladies that works there introduced him as her boyfriend. He was trying to fix something that just fell out of the ceiling into the hall way. ????? He was walking about the place. The shocker was when the lady that did the trash came in at the end back into the room I was in to bandage up my child, she came in the room put gloves on. Didn't wash her hands just put gloves on. She then with her gloves on went out of the room touching the doorknob that she touched with her dirty gloves while changing the trash, she used the same gloves that she touched the doorknob with to clean my child open wound. I'm sure that this is a Board of Health issue. I was there for about hour and a half. So I was there after 9:00 close time. We were rushed out and my child said I didn't even get a sucker or a sticker. I work in a hospital. I see patients all day. We are held to a high standard when it comes to hand washing and cleanliness. I'm very saddened to say I'll not be back to this place of business. Very unsatisfactory. read more
