Went in for an urgent care visit while on vacation. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, I was able to be seen within a few minutes of walking in, and Philip Carter was a fantastic PA. I called and asked beforehand if they could help me with what I was suffering from Before making the appointment; and they said they could when they didn't have the clearance to prescribe the medication's they said they could. Dr. Carter is great. I think we have the real deal for medical needs right here. I have insurance but I would rather pay a flat rate, see the doctor and get what I need, head home and feel better. He gives plenty of time and I had a same day appointment. Let's keep this guy in business. read more

I had a unique case as a self employed individual with no insurance. I was gored by a bull and called Indie Med to see about getting stiched up. When I arrived, Dr. Carter was waiting and held the front door for me. That has to be a first for me. His clinic is clean, professional in appearance, and pricing was fair and up front. I cannot say enough about Philip Carter and the excellent service he provides for his patients . He is so knowledgeable and always addresses my concerns. He's also an expert in health and fitness and eating right. He spends plenty of time and will go into detail for understanding. I always leave feeling that I am much more knowledgeable. The PA who helped her did a great job of listening to her and checking her out -- she is 7 -- and gave us just the right amount of prescription medicine and advice which worked out great. They don't take insurance directly -- you have to send it into your own insurance company -- but it was the best $80 I could have spent. read more
