Insta they are not. 2+ hours waiting, finally just walked out. Will deal with issue somewhere else. Don't expect we will ever go back.

I went to this clinic Feb 2, 2018 while I was on vacation in Utah and had severe neck spasms and…read morecould hardly move. While I did have to wait an hour and a half to see a doctor at the Sunset Instacare Clinic on Sunset Blvd in St. George, it was well worth it. I didn't have an appointment so waiting an hour and a half to see someone didn't seem like a long time. I was just grateful they could see me at all. While I expected to see a nurse practitioner or a PA, I saw an actual doctor, Dr. Davie. He couldn't have been nicer to me, and most importantly, he gave me prescriptions that I immediately had filled and they really did the trick. By the next day I was almost pain free and within a few days, as he said, I was totally pain free. Also, they did not stress about my out of state insurance. They took my insurance information and didn't make me pay up front as some other medical providers might have seeing it was an out of state plan they probably never heard of. I had coverage for out of state emergency care and they did finally pay it 3 months later (because it was out of state, they required more paperwork from them so it took longer), but it seemed that the clinic cared more about me as a patient getting better than getting paid. You just don't see that today. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. I'm glad they are there to help people in need.

Trying to get help with a medication just until I could figure something out next week when more Dr…read moreoffices are open. and although the nurse seemed nice I am still giving this clinic a one. and that's because I had to give them a one. If I could have I would have given them a -10. In my eyes when anyone is walking into a health care facility to seek help with addiction you should help them. 1) it takes a lot for someone to finally ask for help in the first place. So just to turn them away is straight wrong. I was told suboxone was such a strong drug that it needed to be managed. Well duh, that's why I had a follow up apt and if you truly were trying to help then why didn't they change my follow up apt to sometime next week Instead of helping with not a damn thing and allowing me to walk out those doors with out helping at all. She asked what I was going to do then, well you guys gave me really no option other then to go back out and purchase the drug that has been killing everyone on the streets. This St. George healthcare needs some serious help. This is the second time I have tried seeking help and have been turned away. When in reality the Dr could have helped and prescribed me a few days worth of suboxone , however they are so stuck up and think they are better then addicts or something ( who really knows) I feel like they need to have a lot more empathy and when someone is truly trying to better their life then do a little more to help. It wouldn't of killed the dr to help someone out. Instead I guess he preferred for me to go back out and buy more potent drugs that I have already have overdosed well more then 39 times before on. thanks for the help IHC sunset. You did me a solid today - NOT. I'm actually baffled with the care you guys did not give.
