Staff mean mug you when you enter. Selection is smaller than most other shops. They dont take bank cards or CCs, but have an ATM in the corner of the store that charges $3.50 fee. Not a very great experience, feels like just another monday. read more

I had a great experience both times visiting this store. Found the staff very friendly and helpful and the store is beautiful. Better product than the Govt stores and better pricing as well. read more

I went in and Immediately received poor customer service. The man was very condescending to me and picked up the phone in the middle of our conversation, wasn't willing to listen to me and basically told me that I'm not going to get any service. Mind you, I was being kind, I was curious about the business as it is new and was shut down immediately. Wouldn't recommend going here, online dispensaries had way better service and he customer service online is much better. Hopefully they'll be kinder their customers in the future. It was would've been nice to have a discussion, and been welcomed into the store. read more

Very poor customer service. You're treated like an intruder not a customer. If you ask a question they are very curt and act like they are put out by you being there! First impressions are everything in a business! I will not return. read more
