The staff here believed in me and didn't throw me out but supported me and help me become not only a good tenant but a good member in my community. They believe in second chances. Trust me those being evicted and have bad reviews just didn't get it together. Trust in that being the truth.

I was confronted outside my apartment from a druggie who pulled his gun out on me. my down stairs neighbor was related to the office ladies and so she got away with everything until she stabbed her "man" and I had to run him off while keeping her safe in my apartment. this place is crap but paradise if you like to do drugs

However come month 4 month 5 everytime I get some sort of update even called the office directly Shanice seem to be always "busy" whenever I ask the receptionist if I can speak to her directly. Save yourself the trouble DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY or Shanice Huntsberry They are the worst when it comes to communication and don't value your time at all. I wish I had know this and now they have been causing me and my family so much stress cuz they find any clients. What's crazy they don't even have my home listed in thier website they said they'll market it professionally but where??!!! Cuz I don't see it. She knows these guys sell drugs from the complex, but they pay rent so she doesn't care. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every conversation your neighbor has... Just wait till night time, when adult time takes place. You hear every raunchy moan....

Lately my father…read morehas been having resp issues and has needed breathing masks to use with his oxygen concentrator- the masks Lin care uses are a joke- very small & don't fit the face well & come apart easily - after one week the mask broke, my mom called to see if see could get another mask. "Your husband is only allowed one mask a month" This is what my mom was told my Sue the manager...wow, great customer service! Does she buy these masks-maybe is they purchased more durable masks they wouldn't break so easily! My dad is on oxygen 24/7 -nasal prongs during the day & oxygen mask at night- it's pretty sad when you dad has to tape his mask up to breathe at night because Sue says "only one mask a month!"
