We appreciated her incredible customer service, as any other business owner could have brushed it off and said too bad, as it was our own fault, however Janis went above and beyond to make sure we got our pieces shipped to LA and couldn'y be more grateful! What they have to offer doesn't look like it comes from a box store.  They have clothing for men and women. There's a nice selection of cowboy and cowgirl boots. The store has a southwestern feel to it. Besides clothing, they have bolos and earrings too. I love their soft, fringed leather bags.  I talked with the owner, who was very friendly. When I picked up my items that weren't accepted, my purse was thrown in with the clothes without the dust bag I originally provided. When I asked about it, I was told it had been "misplaced." I've called multiple times trying to resolve this, and the responses have been inconsistent and frustrating. One employee said the person handling the items didn't know where it was, and later I was told that a dust bag was never brought in, which is simply not true. I specifically showed them the bag in its dust cover when I dropped it off. As someone who values designer items, this level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Whether the dust bag is valued at $10 or more, that's not the point, the issue is how this situation has been handled. I've asked to speak with a manager and am still waiting for proper follow up. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and dishonest. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before bringing in valuable or designer items here.
